It was very noisy. Guests above were very loud and everytime another guest in hall or above entered and left the doors slammed and made it impossible to sleep

Cannot find one highlight
The room given was super small (way smaller than their claim of 215sqft). Cleanness of the bathroom is debatable. On top of that the hotel refused to give late check out benefit to IHG member which seems to be super weird.

Cozy, stylish hotel. Love the theatre-inspired design. Easy to walk to the Old Town and Calton Hill, friendly staff, great breakfast. Loved it!

the location is good and convenient
the room’s design and space is a little strange，maybe can have a better arrangement of spaces.
The staff on our second night is not so helpful and we asked for tissue the first time，he didn’t say we need to pick up by ourselves on reception，so we waited the tissue for 40mins ，it’s not a nice experience. But other staffs are all very friendly.

The room was like a breath of fresh air it was gorgeous airy, light filled. It was wonderful in every level. After coming from a mother IHG property we didn’t have high hopes but the room and the staff were incredible and were well above expectations! I will recommend this place to everyone I know.
The breakfast was good but a little experience I paid £20 for eggs on toast and my husband was £12 for a little bowl of yogurt with some granola.

Loved the property. Great location! Spacious hotel room! Great breakfast. Many small touches such as treats in the refrigerator, 24 hour hotel services, and more, made for a great stay. The hotel staff was grit and very helpful. They helped my husband with an important business meeting by providing business center services.

The gentleman that checked us in was quite helpful.
The condition of the room. The bathroom door is rotting away at the bottom along with other minor issues. Too many steps for moving luggage, although we were kindly assisted by the gentleman at the desk.

The hotel is in a good location. Rooms are compact but well equipped and some nice touches like ear plugs to minimise noise. Staff are pleasant/helpful and the breakfast was good.

The ground floor bedroom overlooked a small outside area with standing water and lots of discarded cigarettes. It looked grim. Couldn't get either Netflix or Prime to work.

Breakfast good. Location great. Showers great. Design of room great. TV streaming didn’t work and no one seemed able to fix it. A/C not fixed when requested.
