Nice rooms and hotel well located near Edinburgh center.
Poor pricing policy : when we first made our reservation 1 month before going to Edinburgh room price was 400€/night but one week before we leave it was down to 300€/night for the exact same "standard bedroom without breakfast"... Fortunately we had the option to cancel for free and it was possible to make another reservation.
Even with the lower price we felt that value for money was not very good : even if it was confortable the room was small, the bath tub was stained and service was just ok. Breakfast price is also very high (19 to 24 £/persons) and we felt this should have been included in the room.

Room was bigger than expected. Amenities were lovely. Staff was great.
Requires a flight of stairs to reach room. Fine for us but could be a problem for someone with stair climbing difficulties.

Excellent location, great Wi-Fi and bed to rest. Hotel restaurant was awesome, witg great breakfast and dinner options. Congratulations to the whole hotel staff, people there were very polite and respectful. I felt like I was at home while spending some time there. I will definetely visit it back again.
