Very Good
Breakfast was excellent and although we didn't have dinner there, we did have wine and light snacks one evening. The room was large by European standards, as was the bathroom. (Heated tile floor a bonus!) The location was perfect. Close to everything but slightly away from the most touristy areas.
Cooked breakfast service was a bit slow, but not a huge deal.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. I appreciated the coffee machine, and the separate walk-in shower. The breakfast was excellent.
There was nothing to not like about this hotel!

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Great location.
Staff should have told us on arrival about Edinburgh charge on motor vehicles that are run on Diesel. I had a fine once I went home.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and well decorated.
The bar is in a mezzanine and it was far too hot! There is clearly a problem and it is wrong the hotel makes someone work in those conditions. The barman wasn't complaining but was clearly incredibly uncomfortable.
