Staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a convenient location. The shower pressure was also great. Breakfast was included and delicious. Thank you!

Location instructions clear and easy to follow - off to a good start. On arrival met by warm friendly staff , which was great. My clean comfy room was ideal and the breakfast was scrummy. Couldn't fault it. A real hidden gem

Welcoming and very helpful staff, very comfortable bed, well-placed for visiting Edinburgh.
Stairs to upper floors are steep and require some care. Not a problem for me, but maybe customers should be advised.

Honestly everything. It’s cozy yet professional, the staff is very present, welcoming and kind, seemed on first name basis with other guests, its a place you return to. Breakfast was also very good!
The shower is strange, but it’s a different country and always a fascinating experience to use a shower that isn’t one owns.
The door had a gap under it so you could hear other guests in the hall.
But these are both tiny small details, the stay was amazing and we will be returning.
