Loved everything about the place.
It was the cleanest modern full furnished new apartment. The apart building is also safe and very clean. Definitely would stay again and recommended to everyone. Worth every penny. Neighbor is also safe and nice, place is Near by a bus station that goes to center in 8 mins, or if you want to walk it is only 15-20mins to center. Great botanic park near by, and a breakfast place called Betty&George which was also great.

Fantastic value for money. Central location. Spotless clean. Parking. Great accommodation, will definitely be back. Right across from filling station and M&S mini market.
Honestly nothing. It’s the best we’ve found in Edinburgh and we visit often.

This apartment exceeded my expectations, super clean, beautiful kitchen. Have a washer which was a plus. The recepcionist was super helpful. This apartment looked more like a hotel. We really loved it. Super comfy bed. Have all cookware for preparing a breakfast before going to explore the city. Close to public transportation, supermarket, and close by Tollhouse a restaurant that the recepcionist reccomended, was fantastic for dinner. We loved our stay and would stay back again of we came back to Edinburgh. I'll gave 5 stars of 5!

Spacious, modern apartment. Not far from city center, about 20 minute walk. Very friendly staff at the reception. Had welcome gift, Scotland shortbread biscuits. Had all the amenities needed for a stay, even a washing machine with wash pods. Coffee, tea, milk, shampoo, conditioner. Easy check-in, check-out. Can leave luggage for free. TVs in both rooms, with lota of channels and Netflix. Superb apartment overall.
Sound isolation is not good, you could hear everything outside the door and above apartment people walking and talking. But they provide earplugs.

This was a very good suprise and although we did not meet any staff there, the instructions were very clear. The room is big, clean, well equpped, and although being on the ground floor was a little off the main straeet so quite calm. The parking is a very big plus here...easy to park and get to the room...and then just take an Uber to get to the center...or walk because actually the interesting sights are not that far away. Competitively priced.

My stay at Edinburgh Aparthotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect — close to the city centre, within walking distance of the Royal Botanic Garden, and conveniently near an M&S Express and a large Tesco hypermarket.
The team provided exceptional service. A special mention to manager Jarek, who went above and beyond by personally contacting us and offering thoughtful gifts after a minor misunderstanding during check-in — a wonderful gesture that reflects true hospitality. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Dorota, who was a model of professionalism and customer care, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect.
The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped — washing machine, dishwasher, and all the essentials for a comfortable, long stay. The complimentary Scottish shortbread biscuits were a lovely touch.
Overall, an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Edinburgh Aparthotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to the city.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! It is conveniently located next to several bus lines and has several nice restaurants around. It was also walkable into the Old Town. It was a great stay!

The apartment has been remodeled, all appliances, furnitures and kitchen items are new and well maintained. The flat is spacious and very comfortable for 2 people, it was super clean when we arrived. We were welcome by a nice reception lady when we arrived, who kindly offered us early check-in, and provided helpful information about the rental and the neighborhood. We never had any issue during our stay and had good time.
The location of the apartment is a little off the old town of Edinburgh (about 1.2 miles).
