Disappointing
The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The location was very accessible to the Royal Mile, bars and restaurants. It was also very quiet.
Had to swap rooms after the first night due to plumbing issues in the bathroom. The shower drain did not work and leaking pipework under tap. The second room we received was very small. However, they did prewarn us that it would be, but it was really small. The beds were also rock hard, I woke each morning feeling like my internal organs were bruised!

Location was very good, staff very good. Beakfast ok - no other facilities/
Room was very dark, lighting inadequate - not good enough light to read in bed.
No electric socket on one side of bed for phone or hearing aids.
No opptions available on TV for films or iPlayer.

Good location and kind staff.
House keeping service is not good enough. They only change the towels. During 5 days stay, we called 2 times house keeping. 1st time they change the sheets and towels, not cleaning. 2nd time only towels have been changed.
