Good location, near old town and near to train station. Good breakfast.
I asked for a calm room, they gave us a connecting room with a kid in it. we could barely sleep due to baby crying all night and waking up super early. it was terrible experience.

Very close to the Royal Mile yet in a quieter area at the same time. Lovely big dining area for a great breakfast. Perfect little bar area to the side of foyer. Staff exceptional. Everyone so welcoming and friendly. Going out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Location and easy walk to royal mile
Nothing major except the Breakfast juices were overly sweet. Selections can be monotonous if staying a few nights.
Our special requests were missed on our booking and we had to raise these requests again.

Whikst the breakfast was included it was dissapointing, most of luke warm and the breaksfast area had many dirty/not cleared tables. We didnt have the breakfast the 2nd morninh

Central location. Great breakfast. Clean.
First night on ground floor where window looked out to people feet. Had to keep curtains drawn. Also Double room dimensions on first floor smaller than shown on booking site.
2nd and third night much better when moved to fourth floor.

The staff where so helpful,we arrived to the hotel at 9am after an early flight and we asked if it was possible to check in early and at 10:20 we had a room we were so great such friendly and caring staff ,definitely will be staying again .
