I did not receive the room that I expected. Was unable to change rooms. Room was too small. Had to use a fold out couch for a bed and in order to unfold it we had to put the chair from the desk under the desk, therefore making it unusable.

We usually go for Holiday Inn Express as weve never had any issues at any weve stayed at. Very helpful staff and very convenient for Edinburgh theatres
Only issue was had to cross busy junction to get to NCP car park, which is quite expensive, even after the hotel have given the 25% discount

The staff were lovely and bubbly personalities! And the location was the perfect distance from multiple attractions and places to go. Close proximity to Waverly train station and easy to find! Cannot thank staff enough for our stay!
