Room and bathroom great size. Spotlessy clean. Good quantity of towels. Reception staff very good and we were happy with a ground floor room. Hotel is very close to the car park. As you come out of the car park you can see the hotel across the traffic lights. Very close to Royal Mile. Everything just a minutes walk away.
Breakfast was the only let down. No staff around to seat us or explain what was available. The table was dirty. Cooked food was cold and poor quality. Powdered egg.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request.
The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.It was close to the train station.

Hotel is in a great location for what we needed . Room was clean comfortable.we needed an accessible roomtoo for a mobility scooter and the room is very large and spacious the breakfast is good and the staff are excellent so very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend

Location was good. Close to restaurants and central for exploring the city.

Our room was really clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a great location just off the Royal mile, it was quiet at night so was able to sleep comfortably. Staff are friendly and helpful. A really nice hotel, would definitely stay here again.
The coffee wasn’t very nice from the machine at breakfast.

breakfast was chaos, food ran out to quickly, no cups or glasses, we had to keep asking for simple things like a fork, waitress gave a dirty look when i asked for our plates to be taken,
