Great location for where we wanted to be (christmas market at st. princes garden) it was an 8min walk from train station. We had a triple room to accommodate me, my partner & little boy. We had a double bed & single sofa bed. Quite roomy, no complaints.

it's 4th day since I checkeout I still haven't recieved an invoice for the stay. The hotel and its stuff refused to inssue an invoice!! Booking was trying to help but since Thu midday I'm left on my own, zero contact from booking.com service desk!!

very good welcome, very useful information given, able to store our luggage until we registered.
Breakfast. Whilst the gluten free separate section was good with gluten free cereal and porridge available, it was just plain white sliced bread. (note, not the hotels fault, someone came and used the clearly marked "gluten free only" toaster with normal bread roll, as the normal one did not work she said. I told the waitress on duty, but don't know what happened to it afterwards). A packet of brown seeded bread to toast would have been nice).
The scrambled eggs tasted not very nice at all, the baked beans were tepid and I had to wait quite a while for bacon to arrive.
The coffee did not taste good (comparing with machines to dispense in other places we have stayed and had breakfast).
The first morning there was no fruit compote, and didn't notice an empty bowl so as to wait for it to be replenished.

Location
They didn't let us stay with our baby (8 months old) because our room hadn't sofa bed. All the rooms have the same size and we told them that we sleep with our baby in the same bed. I had to pay an hotel for me and my wife and baby stayed in the hotel as we didn't have time to change hotel for us 3 with good price.
And rooms with low lights, we need to use the lantern of the smartphone to see well.
