Friendly staff (David) at the counter. Spacious room. Elderly friendly room as have emergency pull strings in the toilet and room.
1. Toilet flush got problem (loosen), although we had reported to front desk staff on the first day but they didn't send technician to check during our 2-nights' stay. 2. When I Google the location of hotel while booking, it shows 7 mins walk. However, it's actually need to climb staircase from the Market St (out from the train station). So we dragged our luggages and walked a big round instead. In the end, we chose to take cab from hotel to station after checking out although it's just 5 mins drive. Besides, if u are going to Royal Miles, need to climb the slope also.
