Disappointing
breakfast was reasonably good and the front desk staff was courteous.
room was too small and dark so also the shower area was too cramped. lift was too slow to arrive specially in the mornings. Name of the hotel with Royal Mile is misleading. it is away from Royal Mile.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel overall. First of all, all the staff were helpful and friendly. In particular, Ms. Birsen and the reception team went above and beyond to assist us with all our questions and found solutions with great dedication. During our stay in Edinburgh, we spent three days in the Highlands, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel. When we returned, everything was smooth and easy. We can truly say this place felt like our home in Edinburgh.
Cheese must be in the breakfast.

We were very satisfied with our overall stay at the hotel. First of all, all the staff were helpful and friendly. In particular, Ms. Birsen and the reception team went above and beyond to assist us with all our questions, finding solutions with great dedication. During our stay in Edinburgh, we spent three days in the Highlands, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel. Upon our return, everything was smooth and easy. We can honestly say this place felt like our home in Edinburgh.
The rooms might be larger than they are now.

Price. It’s a robbery paying £600 for 2 nights for such an outdated hotel. The room was like it gas not been renovated in at least 30 years, carpets are stinky and dirty, toilet - I have seen better ones even in public places

Everything was just perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The location is just excellent as it is directly in the center of Edinburgh so you can walk anywhere within few minutes.
No parking in the hotel, but you can get discount for nearby one which is approximately 3 minutes walk away.
