Fab location, really helpful staff and everything we needed! We liked how we were offered late check out which really feels like a luxury. And on checkout the receptionist asked if there was anything else she could do for us- which was lovely if unexpected! We already know we’ll come back. Thank you
I couldn’t have expected a bigger room but the chair didn’t really fit it- it was awkward with no place to put it.

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly, in particular David gave us very useful tips about how to make the most of our time in Edinburgh.
The rooms should have at least one luggage rack. Its very inconvenient to keep your suitcases on the floor and take out your stuff.
The light switches are very far from the bed and one has to get up to switch off the lights.

Great location and supportive staff.
Rooms are small and cramped and doesn’t feel like value for money (all you’re paying for is the location). Our room had a leaking AC which wet the entire entryway carpet and was really frustrating to deal with. The staff couldn’t really do much and gave us a drink voucher but rooms need to be double checked before offering them to guests.

Room was dirty and when we had our room cleaned they didn’t replenish the coffee or tea or even remove the rubbish from our room . We had a cold fried breakfast and the coffee machine was out of order

the location of the hotel was very good. walk distance for the most of the attractions. staff was kind and tried hard to give us a good time during our stay.
the size of the bed for a couple is not good. too narrow!! I had to ask front desk to set the sofa bed and we slept one on the bed and the other on the sofa bed. location was great. breakfast was fair. no fresh fruits.
