Great location centrally located to royal mile.
Staff are great and breakfast was good too.
The beds are too hard for us.
You wake up in the morning feeling like you’ve had a beating. Not good won’t return for this reason.

What can I say, I have no complaints at all. The room was lovely and was blu tones which is my favourite color by the way. Everything was very clean and the Room was also provided with kettle, tea and coffee but also iron with iron board and finally hair dryer without to do up and down from the room to the reception. Loved also the choice of Dove shampoo that was provided by the hotel. I liked also the breakfast, I have food allergies but the staff was very attentive and helped me to figure out what su could eat. Also, still talking about the staff and their kindness they asked us if we wanted some breakfast to go because we had to check out very very early, which is a thing that no one ever asked in any facility of the world I have been. So I want to thank you for this lovely thought. About the position, nothing to say is very close to all attractions ( spoiler alert everything around is beautiful) and also close to train and bus to go to the airport. I do recommend them.

A great location, just a short 2 min walk to the Royal mile and all the wonderful sights to see. Pubs, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops everywhere.
The hotel was very comfortable and value for money. Staff friendly and courteous.

We had a dismal welcome from an elderly staff member. Other staff members were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our bathroom but it was quickly corrected but offering us another room. Rooms are clean and comfortable and very centrally located.
