Not too big, very clean and the staff were all very polite and accommodating. Venue is excellent- just of the main route but not to far from all the attractions. Excellent place to stay.

The room was very clean compare to holiday inn derry, stuff in the reception was lovely, i think her name was lisa, she helped me and she was very nice. Location is good almost perfect.

Perfect location for touring the city on foot
Staff were great
Breakfast was a buffet - basic but something for everyone.
A small bar and and comfy chairs area to sit and relax
breakfast could have been better but it was good for a budget hotel.
