Disappointing
Moving the bathroom door sounded like some was knocking on the outside door. Bad hinge, not a squeak . I asked about it at 9a Sunday, and no one responded. I asked at 5p and was told no one could do anything . I said the review would reflect this and was offered a free drink. They showed up with WD40 which did not help. Room 007.

Location was great, near downtown Edinburgh and all the attractions.
Elevator did not work, beds were horrible, room is very small for the price, had to call for more towels because they gave us enough for one person, too expensive for an old hotel.
