Excellent location, very close to a lot of the Edinburgh sights
The bathroom shower flooded the entire floor because there was no shower tray. I think it was meant for wheelchair access. One of the lights in the bedroom was broken. Breakfast was very basic and very few healthy options. My wife just ate an apple! We felt it was totally over priced for the quality of accomodation.

Value to cost ratio. Room rates were sky high as we were there during the Arts Festival and Tattoo. Might be a good value for the money if not during high season

The location
The quality of the bed mattress and billows were very very poor, it hurt my back. The cleaning of the room was not done properly.
