The location is superb
The first receptionist was really rude, we had asked for 30 minutes earlier check-in online, and she just asked if I can't ready because the check-in time is from 3pm not 2.30pm.
And the second night was not WiFi in the Hotel, from 8pm till next morning.
And the double bed is really small.

Location and that it is quiet are the only good things! It’s super convenient to the old town and the bed was comfy enough although tiny. Absolutely ridiculous price for what you get though - very budget.
The price?! Crazy prices for such a bare bones and small room.

Location, staff, breakfast and overall cleanliness
The room was very dull. No main light and the wall lights were very dim. The room was cramped once the sofa bed was out in use, the bed was also on the hard side. Also having only one small life meant that at busy times like breakfast you could be waiting a while.

Staff were fantastic, so friendly and happy to help
The room was quite cold despite the heater and air con being on all night. There were marks on the towels. For the price I expected something a little more, the wasn't even as nice as a Premier Inn.

A great quiet location within easy reach of all attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was always a log jam at the toaster at breakfast and an absence of marmalade!
