Very convenient for the Airport. Had a nice breakfast spread with a yummy espresso machine. Staff was very kind and helpful and greatly appreciated them providing luggage storage graphic, go take away breakfast items for those traveling early hours. Also bonus that the Airport Shuttle gave us easy access to multiple bus and train transportation options to get to city center.
Didn’t like having to pay extra for the Airport Shuttle or realize that the shuttle was not just for hotel guests. It made many stops at the rental car lot and other places which made the transfer much longer than anticipated. Also would be nice to have their in room media offerings updated so you could at least login with your own devices and accounts; only had limited local channels.

The closeness to the airport
With how close you are to the airport you expect to hear the planes, but the rooms had no soundproofing at all. You could hear everything in the hall and since people are there for flights they are coming and going all night.

The room and the bed were amazing. Big shower, HOT water and lots of it!
Couldn't walk to from the airport, and the shuttle cost 2.50 lbs.

Staff had over booked the hotel and sold our room so made up an excuse saying the and I quote “the hotel law” doesn’t allow a mum and daughter to share bed.
The staff members laughed at us when we said we were stranded and had. I were to go with a 2 year old and said we should sleep on the street.

The staff were both helpful and curteous. I needed to mail an emergency package. Although there are no postal options on site, they talked me through my options and helped facilitate a DPD package. They truly went above and beyond expectations.

Rooms are big, breakfast is good
the walk from the airport is not really pleasant, and it was unclear how to get the shuttle from the airport (as the tickets have to be paid at the hotel desk). Get ready to be waken up at 6 AM by the first plane
