Arriving in midst of storm and having been shut up in plane for 2 hours after landing disappointed that no food available from staff only interested in talking to each other but still managed to serve food to their friends.

The location was great for getting to airport. The staff and breakfast were fabulous.

Location , we chose this hotel last year and will chose again
Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the airport. They told us we had to walk to hotel as no shuttle available. There are no signs to the hotel, should you choose to walk. I prefer the shuttle bus.
Like many hotels the cost cutting shows, the bathroom products are now just soap and shampoo (dove) watery so you would use more. No body lotion or amenities.

The shuttle bus, the pancake machine, the proximity to the airport.
The worst hotel stay ever. People yelling in the hallway and doors slamming until after midnight, from 2:30 until 3:15 a child screaming continuously. I had to get up to get ready for my flight at 4am. Thereforenot a single hour of sleep was had.Part of the problem is that there are no phones or ability to contact the front desk other than getting up,putting on clothes and going down stairs in the middle of the night!!!! I paid for the room in expectation of a good sleep and a breakfast and a shuttle ... I got only one out of three !!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH PEOPLE.

Very spacious room. Bathroom was clean. Loved that there was a fan, iron, and hair dryer.
The food at the restaurant was awful for dinner and the service was extremely slow. Paying for parking is crazy when we already spent so much for the room.
