The location and shuttle service was so convenient. Unfortunately we had to leave early so we could not have the full hot breakfast, but even at 4am we still got a substantial breakfast. The room was very comfortable and a good size. A choice of pillows was a nice touch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
There was nothing that we did not like.

The location
We paid £370 for a small room. It had damp on the roof. There were the previous guests toiletries left in the shower. There was only 1 toilet roll for 3 guests. The bed duvet cover was dirty. We had dinner there, ordered 3 meals and only 1 came out we then had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest. The breakfast area was disgusting and messy to say the least. The bar staff were running around like headless chickens. The lager was flat. For the price the whole experience was shocking. Would not return.

The location was excellent for those coming in and out by air. Everything was available - restaurant , bar, and breakfast times that accommodate those flying out early . It was surprisingly quiet as it is so close to the airport. The shuttle was good and dependable around the clock.
The bed was too soft for me but I like very firm mattresses.

Staff here are super. They fully understood we needed to get to bed when we arrived, so checked us in super quickly and sent us off to bed.
Breakfast was great. Again, helpful staff helped us (pancake machine was fab!) and we were able to get on our way.
A great location for late arrivals/ early departures, and such friendly staff that made the experience much better than we were expecting.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Even though we arrived early in the morning they were still able to give us a room so we were able to freshen up before heading into the city centre! The room was as described, spacious with every amenity listed, as was the bathroom.
The transfer to the airport took us about 5 minutes (with all the interim stops) and goes pretty smoothly: in the morning between 4 am - 10 am it comes automatically every 10 minutes, after that the reception calls it for you (it takes approx. 5 minutes to get there)
Huge plus that they offer continental breakfast from 4 am (!) in the morning (hot food only arrives at 6:30 am but still, really nice that you can grab something before heading to the airport)
The double bed could have been a bit bigger. The water pressure in the shower was on the lower end. All in all nothing too uncomfortable.

It is located within 5 minutes drive to the Edinburgh Airport, so if you have an early morning flight. But there isn't much more with our room overlooking a transport depot and yard.
For A$400 per night, it was expensive. The restaurant food was very average indeed.

It is a standard airport hotel with decent rooms. Staff were friendly.
There was no restaurant- two people had called in sick and there was only one unqualified person in the kitchen, so they could only serve toasties. We had picked a hotel with a restaurant but we ended up having to walk to the Hilton to eat. It isn't the staff's fault. There could at least be a policy in such situations to offer a discount or free drinks.

The sink was probably the smallest sink I have ever seen. Ridiculous… my husband struggled to use it..

How close it was to the airport and the free shuttle.
Rooms were hot and smelled so strong of chlorine I thought there was a pool. Kitchen was down with minimal options. WAY overpriced for what we got.
