Exactly what we needed and expected. The staff helped us with getting around etc. And were overall very nice.

Location was perfect & room was very spacious & beds very comfortable. Staff were very helpful mannerable & nothing was any bother to them from the reception only. Other staff ie breakfast staff well they need some training on how to smile & public relation skills !
Breakfast was very very poor & the worst I've ever seen/ lack of items to eat staff were VERY unhelpful they need to be trained up on public relation skills as they were 0! Not great for Hotel this size & location it's a BIG let down for your Hotel Chain

Great room, good size and good blackout curtains. Nice breakfast. Ideal location next to the airport and quiet. Nice communal areas. Convent shuttle to the airport, small extra fee.
It was expensive for one night but very convenient.

The only good point is its location.
Very expensive hotel stay for one night even worse we had to pay same rate for less than the full time. The parking was also extortionate !
After all this the bed was not a double very small for 2 people and we were woken up in the morning by your staff smoking and talking very loudly and using colourfully language I have a video of this.

It was clean and the staffs were very hrlpful
No telephone interview room . There is no information about the use of the TV.. No complimentary bottle of water in the room
