Magdalena on check-in was lovely. Sam in the bar very friendly
No air conditioning in rooms. 3 starters for £21 very expensive and a poor product. 4 breaded prawns, 4 chicken wings and 5 gyozo. These were all just on a plate with sauce no garnish looked very sad for the price.

room, dinner, airport, breakfast.
the shittle to the airport is not the most convenient for those needing assistance. We decided to use a cab to get back to the airport so as to avoid the long (for us) walk from the bus stop to the terminal.

The location. It was convenient to return our rental cars early and then take the shuttle the next morning to the airport.
The price. I think the cost of the rooms far exceeded the quality of the facilities. I was paying for the convenience.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dinner was quite tasty and there was a good variety on the breakfast buffet. Outstandingly comfortable beds were a huge plus, and the bathroom had obviously had a very recent, top-notch renovation. With the addition of an airport shuttle running every 10 minutes, we were very pleased with this choice of hotel!
We would have preferred a quieter room. But I suppose everyone requests a quiet room in this type of hotel, and it would be impossible to accommodate them all because one side of the building does face the runways. This said, the windows were very good and we really only heard kind of a gentle whooshing sound. It was worth it for the convenience the next morning!

Clean and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was a big selling point for us.
The only downfall was that the desk and restaurants didn't take cash. We were hoping to use up our currency on our last night in the uk but couldn't do so and instead had to use credit
