They gave me an option for a twin or a double room so I chose double but only when checking in was told that it’s just what’s available. This is ridiculous since I paid more for the double room and the twin room is less

Room, bed, bathroom were all nice. Transportation to the airport was good. We had a light meal that evening in the restaurant the food was good.

£30 per dog charge excessive and nothing provided for dog
Sofa bed would not pull out therefore unable to use
Very expensive but hotel clearly increased price when Scottish KC Championship Show took place to cash in on its location next to venue

Great location - 10-15 min walk from the airport, very clean and safe. The hotel is literally next to the runway, so it can be a bit noisy but it didn't bother me at all. I had a great view from my window - could watch planes taking-off and landing. Had a really lovely stay and would stay here again.
I had to leave very early, so I didn't have any breakfast - I wish they packed something (a croissant or muffin) for takeaway.

Comfy bed and easy walking distance to the airport.
Breakfast wasnt good and there was a horrible sewage smell in our room.

Very friendly staff
Extremely expensive for a very modest offering and cramped bedroom.
At the price we paid would at least have expected bottled water in the rooms, better toiletries, better quality breakfast.

It is very convenient to take a plane very early. The restaurant is available without booking, which also makes it very convenient. The rooms are spacious. The staff is helpful.
The rooms felt dusty. The bed is too soft for our preference. The lift was making funny noises.
