Handy for an overnight stay for the airport. Good-sized room.
Restaurant on site, but limited menu. Better value than the hotels closer to the airport.
We walked to the hotel, which was a mistake as it was further than we thought. There is a shuttle bus of course, to and from the airport which we should have taken.

As always, Holiday Inn Express gives excellent facilities in a pleasant setting for a fair price. The staff are so helpful, and the breakfast selection and quality is also excellent.
There is also a regular transfer bus to the airport.
It seems harsh to criticize the location as that is why I booked it, but it is worth considering that you will hear aircraft taking off from 6am, and guests up and about early to catch flights.
Nature of the beast really for an airport hotel. Certainly no fault of the hotel chain, they are providing a service.

Helpful staff
Room was not as described. It did not have 2 double beds. It only had 1 double bed and smallish sofa bed. Certainly not suitable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Staff offered a bigger room for extra money?!

Early continental breakfast included. Great for early flights. 2.50 for airport transfer which is very handy. 20/25 minute walk from a train station.
