Disappointing
Location was good..
Absolute disaster with breakfast, nothing when we came had to plea the staff to provide some food, were given handicapped friendly rooms.. We paid for breakfast and you get next to nothing is pathetic…

The hotel staff were friendly & polite. The hotel was clean.
I traveled from the city using the airlink bus. Getting from the drop off to the hotel was a bad experience. I had to walk with my cases down a badly maintained road with uneven pavements. Not ideal especially at night.

We were late to breakfast so there wasn’t much left but the staff did their best to do a few extras for us Staff were all lovely and the rooms are clean Shuttle bus really handy
There wasn’t much breakfast variety left for us but the staff were running round doing their best we must have just hit a busy time but what we did mage to get was nice

Quality of fixtures and fittings were good, particularly the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Double bed size was too small for us( husband 6ft). Signposts to hotel from airport were not good enough. We could not find the hotel and eventually had to find someone to ask.

All the Staff are very kind and professional. The room was very clean and spacious. The maintenance staff were very helpful and responded to our necessities swiftly. The food provided for breakfast was sumptuous. It was an excellent place to stay in a nutshell. Special thanks to Gillian,Chris,Alex and to all the staff.
Shuttle bus from the hotel to the Airport should be free.
