Beds were comfy and good location for airport.
The staff at the his hotel have always been very helpful and friendly. Marala was very helpful indeed.
I have stayed here a few times and each time things don't seem as good as the last
It was very expensive for what was available.
The room was rather run down and drab.
The lighting was poor. Only one outlet with usb ports.
The restaurant used to offer some really nice meals but now iit seems everything is done from frozen in the microwave or oven.
The breakfast is okay but unfortunately when you have an early flight they don't offer anything because really we did pay for it, this is not a fair situation.
It seems the price has gone up but the quality has gone down.
Very sad to see this happen.

Great breakfast. Very handy for the airport with shuttle bus costing £2.50. Nice food- glad to see some vegetarian options which were very tasty! Good sized rooms with large walk in shower.

Instruction to the pick up point. There are two bus label areas one in numbers one in letters. That was confusing and we had to call the hotel to clarify where to go. When this was sorted out everything went well.

The Holiday Inn is perfectly suited to its purpose; a simple, clean, well managed property with extremely convenient access to the airport (1/2 mile away, shuttle available from hotel doorstep). Staff is hardworking, friendly and professional. Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. As you might expect, you can see and hear airplanes take off from many rooms; if you're a plane-spotting enthusiast, you might want to stay up all night. If you're a light sleeper, you might prefer earplugs. Either way this was a a great value and convenience for us when we needed to catch a morning flight without a lot of hassle.

One lady at the desk wasn’t friendly at all. the younger staff were ok, but they looked like working under someone’s thumb, scared to be nice to customers. I could be wrong, but that’s my impression.
