The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcome, polite and professional. Having a restaurant and bar onsite was a bonus. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

We were fined for parking bespite being told by the staff that we could park anywhere near the hotel. If you park a car there make absolutely sure you both pay and get a receipt bespite what front desk tells you.

It was as expected for a budget airport hotel, although it seemed a little under-staffed. Room was fine.
Breakfast was free so I can't really complain, however a lot of breakfast items were missing and not replenished - like eggs and bread. Also seemed under staffed.

They didnt have Grab n go boxes for the people who needs to grab the breakfast and go. So we had to wrap the muffins ir croissants in a tissue :(

The hotel staff were friendly & polite. The hotel was clean.
I traveled from the city using the airlink bus. Getting from the drop off to the hotel was a bad experience. I had to walk with my cases down a badly maintained road with uneven pavements. Not ideal especially at night.

All the Staff are very kind and professional. The room was very clean and spacious. The maintenance staff were very helpful and responded to our necessities swiftly. The food provided for breakfast was sumptuous. It was an excellent place to stay in a nutshell. Special thanks to Gillian,Chris,Alex and to all the staff.
Shuttle bus from the hotel to the Airport should be free.

Staff were excellent. A very clean, quiet and comfortable room.
On both mornings the two toasters were not operating.
