Friendly staff, good location and shuttle to airport. Good size rooms, comfortable beds.
Very thin walls- we heard everything from the next door room - didn’t help that there was a 1” gap underneath the interconnecting door, and we were also disturbed by multiple sets of guests making noise in corridor all through the night, it did not stop. There is no signage to ask people to be mindful of other guests. Considering this is primarily a transient hotel for the airport, and therefore will have guests in and out at all hours, the soundproofing needs to be addressed. It ruined the start to our holiday, we’d have got a better night sleep in our car!

I thought the staff were very friendly and approachable. The room. Was clean and comfortable the bed the same
The noise. Room 110 is directly above where the airport bus stops. This bus comes throughout the night. There is zero sound proofing and I had exactly no sleep. Also we were facing the runway
The noise stopped at midnight and started at 5am. So all in all a terrible stay and I won't ever be back

Staff was lovely and the room was clean. Perfect for an overnight stay before flying. Breakfast was really good and the shuttle was simple.

Very close to the airport and they had a very efficient transfer service to the airport . We also had a small mattress issue. A room change was immediately arranged.
I thought it was quite expensive. $NZ321 per night.

Modern, well equipped room. Good location and efficient staff.
Despite prior messaging the hotel, regarding dietary requirements, restaurant staff were uninformed about gluten and dairy intolerance and were unable to guide us regarding any suitable dishes. Breakfast was little better; with only gluten free bread available. The gluten free sausages were “not available”.
