The breakfast was excellent and hot breakfast was ready even earlier then I had been told it would be. As I had to be at the airport at 7:00 AM this was very important. There was excellent variety and high quality.in their hot breakfast.. The shuttle was frequent and picked up guests going to the airport approximately every 5 to 10 minutes. The fee was 3GBP. and the airport is a short drive from the hotel which is one readon I selected this hotel, The Reception Desk person Lukas, was friendly and very helpful.

I liked the breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful
The hotel was not as close to the airport as I would have liked. I would have preferred to be within easy walking distance.
The duvet on the bed was too short for my liking. It only came up to the base of the neck. I would have liked it to be six inches longer, or to have a top sheet underneath the duvet that extended further up.

The bedroom was great, very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom great as well.

This hotel left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. For an extra £30–50, I'd strongly recommend staying at the Moxy or another nearby hotel instead.
Airport hotels are always overpriced, but at this price you'd at least expect to feel somewhat positive about the start or end of your holiday. Unfortunately, the hotel is in a rather depressing location. It's also not as close to the Number 100 bus stop. While a 15-minute walk may not sound too bad, the pavements are in poor condition for rolling luggage and a pram, and the route is lined with litter left by waiting Uber drivers. Thank goodness we arrived in the light, I imagine it would scary to travel down the streets in the dark.
Our room was reasonably clean, but there was a constant smell of greasy fried food drifting in from the kitchen vents. The restaurant was equally disappointing: an evening meal costing around £20 was comparable in both size and quality to a school dinner.
Breakfast was no better. The bread rolls were dry and cardboard-like, and the fruit had only just been thawed.
And seriously, the hotel couldn't sign an agreement with the shuttle company to provide guests a free shuttle? Utter greed- somehow handing over an extra 3 quid for this seemed very painful.
Yes, airport hotels are a rip-off, but a good one can feel like a small holiday treat before take-off. Overall, the experience felt poor value for money and I would rather pay more to feel a bit happier than try and save some money staying slightly further away from the main bus route. The sad thing is, this hotel will likely be full no matter the review.

It had everything we needed. We were able to return our rental car and take the shuttle back to the hotel. It had a restaurant which was very convenient for us.
The bed was a bit sunken, so we rolled to the middle.

Helpful and cheerful staff. Bus to hired car drop off and terminal every 15 minutes from 4 am. Petrol station nearby to fill up before dropping car.
Signage to hotel. It was hard to find even with GPS.
