Close to airport
We arrived late and the hotel was Fantastic but not knowing where to get bus transfer from when travelling with family was a bit tricky ( Mot helped by an Awful bus driver , Not hotels fault!) we got taxi from airport to hotel

Everything, the staff was excellent, great welcoming also the location to get to airport is perfect!! Can wait to go back again..
The property was excellent; it's a shame there isn’t a travel pass or reduced pass to travel in Edinburgh.

Clean, comfortable beds.
I called the hotel to verify the time the kitchen closes because we needed to make the decision of having dinner in town [Edinburgh] or at the hotel, I was informed the kitchen was gonna close at 9:30PM, we arrived minutes before and the girl at the bar was only giving us the option of Pizza.
I'm lactose intolerant so discovering that my meal options were reduced to non friendly options was a shock.
We could have had dinner in whetherspoon at the train station if we knew that was gonna happen

The hotel was.fine and thr room was.fine. nice and clean
The resturant was a shambkes. We waited 1 hour and 10 mins for dinner and ended asking for a refund as it still never arrived. Apparently there wqs a problem with the printer in the kitchen. I had to go ask after 40 mins wait to see if there was a problem. I was then told it.wld be 3 or 4 mins. But after another 20 mins waiting we.asked for a refund as it was too late.to eat.

The dinner menu, disappointed with the Chicken curry, not homemade. Having to get the bus from stance 10 and having to pay on the way back, the distance wasn't really what it said when I booked, I thought I could walk, but staff recommended the bus

The food provided was what I would have chosed if I were home. So comforting would be the answer.
I would have liked a light in the bathroom that did not set off the fans in the bathroom. Having some light made it easier for me to navigate the room.
