The staff were helpful and sorted us out with a very friendly manner. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. It was great for a budget/express hotel. Rooms were minimalistic but there was a desk and they were quite spacy.
I'm vegetarian and your breakfast wasn't great at all.

Convenient for overnight stay at the airport. Room is spacious. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing else in the area but the airport, no other restaurants, activities, etc.. The shuttle takes about 10-15 minutes to get back to the airport as it stops at 7 car park stops after picking you up so plan ahead. Cost is 2.50 BPS for a round trip. Quality of food for breakfast and dinner was OK. Dinner was overpriced for the quality.

Staff very friendly and informative. Explained shuttle and costs. Taxi rates etc. And Explained how breakfast worked. I'm sure they are used to people staying the last night in Scotland at their hotel before they head home the next day.
Kitchen staff overwhelmed. Was told there was a hold on orders for 30 minute that stretched to 45 minutes. Waitress did not explain that meal orders should have been done at the bar. We finally ordered pizza delivery.

Staff were friendly and quick to help. It was close to the Royal Highland Centre.
It was £250 a night for no real reason other than proximity to the airport. Other Holidays Inns at the same time were half the price. Also the breakfast there was only scambled egg, no other type and no protein options for vegans.

Breakfast was delicious, really enjoyed. Could have done with ensuring things were by running out half an hour before breakfast ended.
Location was perfect for our needs - we were attending an event at the highland centre
Breakfast fully stocked til end. 30 mins before ending pancake machine ran out and started to run out of some hot food on the first day

Everything was good.
EXCEPT I WAS GIVEN A ROOM FACING THE AIRPORT RUNWAY.
We checked in early and were accommodated. I might have reconsidered if I had known the room faced the runway.
