The beds were very comfy. We had an accessible shower which was excellent. The breakfast was good.
The bar food was very limited, portions were small for the price.

Staff very helpful.
Close to the airport terminal, but too far to walk with luggage. However there is a frequent shuttle., I wish I had known this on arrival. The restaurant seemed overpriced.

Very friendly staff and all extremely helpful. Especially David the duty manager. But all staff on the day team and nights as I stayed up to watch the football were very nice. Sorry I forgot the 2 girls names on nights team but extremely helpful and good service. I am a manager in hotels for over 20 years and credit to the General Manager I did not meet for putting this team together

The room was perfect, the supper (not included) was lovely, as was the breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. An excellent stay!

There was a terrible stench around the area of the hotel. It smelled like someone had vomited in a cat sanctuary.
The travel between the airport and the hotel was not simple. Apparently there is a shuttle bus, when it arrives, but the 20 min ite walk with bags was not fun. Especially with the state of the pathways.
