Location was great for what I needed. And my request of a runway facing room was granted also, which was an added bonus.
The bed was a little firm for my liking, but I understand that bed firmness is something that can't be tailored to everyone.

They didn’t have entertainment to a good standard, not even a smart tv with access to apps. The toilet didn’t have a toilet brush to clean after yourself.

Very good value for money, large rooms , excellent and efficient transport to the airport. Very good breakfast included in the price. Much lower price compared to Edinburgh standards

When asked for help in the morning, reception staff was on hand and personal to us. All other staff friendly too.
Reception staff member was droning on with a really long spiel when we were checking in past midnight, more than necessary.
I politely said ok thankyou to drop a hint when shuttle information became excessive... we were shattered and just wanted our bed. She didn't stop and I said OK thankyou again and started to shuffle with our luggage towards the lift. She said wait just a moment, to which I replied I'm getting a taxi in the morning. Then she stated do you know your room number - it was on the card she gave us so I answered yes. Turns out she wrote it down wrong so we had to go back down to recption as room 100 (what she'd written down) already had a guest in it! We were supposed to be 126!

Large family room with modern bathroom. Great location for early morning flights. We took the shuttle bus at 5am.
Understandably no hot breakfast available at 5am. I don’t like sweet items. Okay that’s me but maybe some cheese and crackers could be available.
