Room exceeded expectations, free shuttle bus, friendly girl on check in.
I arrived at 9 am and wasn't able to check in but I was offered a free breakfast which was a lovely touch.

Rude staff especially Tazmin the duty manager. Lack of signage regarding parking. Was not made aware at check in that parking MUST BE PREPAID to avoid a parking fine. Parking policy states that the hotel will give you a code before paying. Doesn’t state if it requires being paid on arrival/departure

Electric heating goes out, when you leave the room.
Food somewhere between very sad and okay.
Did not know about the bus going there. Walked there in the dark with kids.

It was a very clean and welcoming environment with a great size bedroom and an immaculate bathroom. The dining area and bar were great as was the breakfast choice. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
