The shower was Cold. The bed , pillows and bedding were poor. The sofa bed was awful. Sloping down meant the blood went to my daughter's head

Their breakfast was good, I believe they even had options for alternative milk like Oat and Soy, so that was great. It was a buffet with good options mostly around an english breakfast.
It was a bit noisy, I think lot of people checked in at odd times around the room we were put up in, and we could hear all the noises that came with people checking into rooms near ours.

Convenient location to EDI, excellent staff and facilities. Breakfast included a bonus for early am flight. Voucher for 50% parking discount appreciated. I highly recommend HIE !
No complaints about this hotel. Would stay there again.

The location was perfect, close to the airport and hassle free. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was clean. Shower was nice.

The property is perfect for an airport night. Shuttle service every few minutes to and from the airport. Also the service is really excellent. I can’t say enough good words about their staff and the communication and service they provide. They helped us through a rough situation with amazing professionally and celerity.

Location, staff at hotel.
Poor signage at airport on where to catch shuttle. A sign indicating that for hotels you need to walk away from the airport would be helpful. You can’t see the shuttle stops when you leave the airport. It’s was windy and rainy so more difficult walk all around, finally asked an airport employee. Lots of signs for bus.

Location , we chose this hotel last year and will chose again
Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the airport. They told us we had to walk to hotel as no shuttle available. There are no signs to the hotel, should you choose to walk. I prefer the shuttle bus.
Like many hotels the cost cutting shows, the bathroom products are now just soap and shampoo (dove) watery so you would use more. No body lotion or amenities.
