The staff were excpetional , very welcoming, friendly, nothing was too much bother. In particular Saif our waiter for dinner was fantastic, thank you.
Location was great for our visit to the zoo. Fantastic bus links to the city centre
The double bed was a bit small , didn't really get a goods night sleep. Pool area is in need of an upgrade.

The breakfast was fresh and well-prepared, great variety and generous portions, quick service and everything tasted homemade. Great spot, close to public transport and local attractions. Clean towels and fresh bedding were provided every day.

It is a lovely clean friendly hotel. The staff work hard to keep the area in the bar / reestaurant tidy service was excellant.
A lot of stairs to gain entry to the reception area from Corstorphine Street. No lift.

Great location for the zoo and into the city centre with the bus stops right outside the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful.Food was excellent and the breakfast is great

Location is really convenient, we hopped on the bus from outside. rooms were comfortable, bar area and restaurant was really nice and access to the gym and pool was a nice bonus. Staff all really friendly and accomodating.
Rooms were a little bit tired, as was the gym and pool changing rooms, but otherwise fine.

Great location with easy access to city centre with buses. Nice, quiet area despite being on a main road. Good size room.
Reception hard to find as I entered hotel from the street not it's main entrance.
