Good location, quick connections to the airport and city.
Well-equipped gym.
Great view during breakfast.
Breakfast was never fresh.
The use of the SPA is extremely limited for families. The whirlpool and sauna cannot be used by kids even if supervised by parents. Coming from the Nordics this was upsetting.
Locker rooms in the Spa were filthy and many things were broken.
The kids/pay area is in very poor shape.

Friendly staff, very family friendly, warm pool open to children at all times, kids eating free at breakfast and dinner, comfortable beds and room. Great location for the zoo and close to city centre. Food in the restaurant was also to a good standard.
Minor things really, but no sockets by bed to charge phones, few places could do with a lick of paint and the noise of the wind outside was loud one night as the window didn’t quite close properly (it was a storm to be fair)

Rooms facing the road might be a little bit noisy; for someone like me with neurasthenia, a room away from the road would be preferable.

Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The shower was a little small and awkward to get in & out

I had bought a stay inclusive of food but kids were offered hard chips and fish fingers. Food quality for kids was very poor.
