Wonderful
Good range of food at breakfast and in the restaurant when we went for evening meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Free parking for guests and additional parking in the zoo if needed.
The bathroom was tiny, but it was clean so can't complain. The sound from the corridor and other people's doors closing was very loud and sounded like it was your own door closing and someone coming in your room.

Wonderful
Great location. We travelled with two kids from Glasgow for a mini keepers day at the zoo and an overnight stay. The hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and great with the kids. The kids buffet was a really nice touch and free with a paying adult. Breakfast was great as well. Overall a genuinely pleasant stay, and a big shout to the staff as everyone we dealt with was lovely.
The car park is quite tight and low, so the boot can’t fully open. Not a major issue but worth noting. Also limited spaces in the main car park.

The walking entrance, the closest one to the bus stop, has only steps, not being very accessible.
