Perfect location as our friend we were visiting lives nearby
Good value and reasonably priced breakfast as excellent choice of food.
Twin beds on castors that moved every time you sat down on edge of bed.
Usually take a double but my husband not long had surgery so easier for him in a single.
Bathroom in our room very tight for space but adequate for purpose.
Only comment would be that overflow in sink needs cleaned more thoroughly.
Room service charge a bit steep at £3.50. I had forgotten to bring water up from my car and had changed into pyjamas so too tired to get dressed again. 750ml bottle and room service £9 !!!!

The location was excellent., in close proximity to the city centre with an excellent bus and tram service.

- The breakfast is really good, value for money.
- The rooms are clean and the staff are nice.
- No lifts, for the stroller and for PWD.
- The gym instructor is rude, they have told us not to use the pool as they will use it for their exercise. He could have said it in a polite way.
