The property was as good as any Holiday Inn property. Room was spacious, clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. While the location is not central, the bus stop is just out of the hotel, with sufficient frequency to the central city.
Weekend seemed busy as the hotel is next to Edinburgh Zoo. Breakfast was good and if discounted if pre-booked.
The property has swimming pool, sauna, a small library with decent collection of books, snooker and foosball to keep you engaged on a rainy day.
TV does not have internet connectivity, so viewing options are restricted. Lack of local restaurants or shops nearby.

Clean and spacious room. Decent overall! Comfortable stay!
No special feeling, pretty basic and decent in everything. Breakfast was also decent.
They provide everything but you have to ask! Even for bathroom slippers you probably have to call housekeeping not there by default!
