I like the location
They made it sound as though breakfast was included complimentary but it is an additional $17.00 per person. My son witness a staff member yell in frustration at one of his employees.

Everything the staff made my daughters birthday special after we didn't show 2 weeks ago due to me taking unwell while driving which caused my daughter to the also take unwell with shock and Convulsions. Overnight for both if us I hospital and we haven't felt well enough tontry our trip again until.now amd it was fabulous. Room was lovely, pool was great and breakfast and room.service was very good

The toilet in room 108 not working properly. You need to flush 4 times to do its job.

Location in a quiet place, near the ZOO, 10-15 min by car to the city center. Comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast, with a lot of possibilities to eat.

We've stayed at the hotel several times in the past. They have been doing a rolling renovation which is long overdue. The staff are helpful, but English isn't their first language in most cases, so there can be confusion.
The renovation isn't yet complete. That you have to book a slot at the leisure centre or for the pool etc limited to 45 minutes. Obviously they must have opened the leisure centre to people who pay annual fee as well as residents.
