Hotel is an in good location a few miles away from the city centre, located next to the zoo, it offered us a good price that offest the distance to the city centre. We opted for Uber for the duration of the break however, there are plenty of bus routes that stop right outside the hotel as they all service the zoo. The rooms are very standard as you would expect but the bed was big enough for two with comfortable pillows. We dined in the hotel twice during our stay and the food was great with no complaints. The bar staff were all excellent and attentive. We also used the pool/sauna during the stay and enjoyed it very much.
Hotel is very busy with a high throughput of people, there were times when we couldn't use the lifts due to the porters moving lots and lots of luggage, additionally if large groups arrived by coach, then the foyer was very much out of bounds. The single leather chair in the room isn't comfy at all - please change them Holiday Inn!

The staff was nice! The room was clean with a beautiful view of the city and mountains. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, just standard. Although the hotel is not new, they do their best to keep it well-maintained

Great location. Good room. Excellent location for bus service from airport and to the city.
Bit tired in corridors and need renovation . Room was recently refurbished which was great. Public areas lovely.

Excellent location with easy access to city centre. Very good choice of both times and food available for breakfast.
As a wheelchair user I found the lifts quite small. Probably would have been better to have two slightly bigger than the three very small ones on site

Always love my stay here.
Check in delayed. Breakfast buffet needs better flow hot plates then hot food. No que system free for all people just pushing in also buffet needs checking more eggs were very old and rubbery. Asked for 2 rooms close together. But they were far apart

Drinks order with evening meal didn’t arrive before meal, didnt arrive after either so had to ask again. Ordered sweet and coffees. Sweet came and had to ask twice before coffee came.

Lovely rooms and comfy beds. The location is amazing. Breakfast was really good and the staff were really friendly. It was my partners birthday and they decorated the room lovely for it. Only a 10 minute uber ride from the city centre and a 10 second walk to the zoo so great location.
Shower pressure was a little low and no conditioner. I think the spa facilities would benefit extremely well from having adult only times and regular tidying of the changing rooms. More staff needed for room service- our food was 40 minutes late and they forgot our drinks.. twice. Poor guy was run off his feet, but was very apologetic about it!

It’s so close to multiple shops and restaurants and then there’s also the main event (the zoo). The hotel itself was lovely and worth the money.
