Location was fab, 12 mins from airport and 12 mins from city centre
And you are neighbours with the zoo!

The location was amazing as we wanted to visit the Zoo. It's right outside the hotel, in the morning you can even hear the animals if you open your window.
The room had a smart TV, towels and toiletries, ironing board, hair dryer, it was perfect for us, we didn't need to bring anything as we were travelling light. Plenty of space to store your items otherwise.
The bed was very comfy, we slept very well.
There was an AC and a radiator in the room so you can adjust the temperature to your liking.
There were many elevators in the hotel, we never needed to take the stairs to reach our room, except from the outside to reach the reception.
The foyer was almost always bustling, there seemed to be a lot of activities you can do there. The pool, sauna and the gym were included in the price but we didn't get to try them out.
The furniture in the room and the bathroom was a bit dated but still fully functional.
The biggest thing that was missing in the room was more sources of light. The main room only had a table light and lights by the bed, so it was quite dark and hard to see at times. I think every room should have at least one ceiling light.
We didn't try the breakfast or the dinner because it seemed quite pricey.

Room is good, transportation is the best I can access city buses in front of the hotel, Zoo is an added value.

Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and great choice of breakfast. There is bus stop just outside the hotel.

Entry way was nice and updated and the room was okay but dated. The breakfast was great with lots of places to grab your food and sit.
Other than the dining and the entry the hotel is very dated. The hotel has circle windows in the stairwell like you are on a ship.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful !
1. Service at coffee bar- stood at the bar for 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement! Not friendly , not helpful. Left without a coffee.
2. Gym staff - asked attendant to turn on TV in workout room. After about 20 minutes no TV- attendant on phone

Great location if you have an early morning flight as it's a fifteen minute bus ride. Large, professional chain hotel with a friendly staff and lots of nice features. Unfortunately we left too early to try the breakfast, but next time.
Our room had a connecting door to the room next door and the neighbors were a bit noisy.
