Staff on arrival was excellent and very helpful
We'd been out all day for 12 hrs came back and the lady on the bar seen us stood there waiting, we sat around the other side as our feet was aching after all the walking.. we then waited and waited even tho she'd seen us.. we just wanted a bottle of water to take to our room.. she was rude very unprofessional no people skills whatsoever.. kavya needs to put a smile on her face and welcome people abut more friendly... maybe she could do with taking advice from other staff members who were very nice..

Clean, perfect location for the zoo and easy to find.
The cooked breakfast was a bit poor. Tomato’s were so hard and very under ripe, mushrooms were tasting funny.
This could well be just a one off, but a chef/cook should be able to tell.

Being able to use the facilities and how accessible it was to the city and Zoo made such a difference. Was a bonus that there was a discount for entry into the Lanterns at the Zoo with being a hotel resident.
Can't say there was anything that we didnt like.
