The staff were all very professional and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. Easy access to buses directly to the center of town and to the airport. Family room was perfect for 4 adults! Great value for the cost.

The breakfast was excellent
The room was dull and needs updating. As does the bathroom which had an old fashioned wobbly shower head and riser.
The room was also cold until I complained. The heating system appeared not to work on the first night . Our Wi Fi worked well in our room but one couple in our party had NO internet access in their room for their complete stay despite several complaints to reception

Breakfast was very good and plenty to chose from, room was well suited for my needs, we picked the location as it was halfway between the airport and the town and the bus stop was right outside

Good location, ideal for the city and Murrayfield, Staff were helpful. Nice touch to put on food in the bar after the concert.
Booked room request was not fulfilled and the pre arrival debit card authorisation was ineffective I appreciate that it was during the Edinburgh Festival but it was very expensive for a twin room with no view and no breakfast. Post concert food was average.
