The location was really good away from the busy centre but close enough to bus into.
The bed was personally not comfortable for myself but thats just my preference.

Very convenient for the bus to get to the city. Able to park car for free.
Comfy bed, nice breakfast, clean & staff very pleasant.
Bit pricey, because of the fringe & tattoo. Prices increased.

This hotel is perfect when visiting Edinburgh. Leave the car get the very regular bus and enjoy the ciity. Breakfast is a must. Staff are very friendly. Our twin room was very spacious and comfortable

Your shower was not working there was no hot water in the bath tub. Worse experience ever and when I tell the front desk they reply as this is ok.
