We’ve really enjoyed our stay there. We actually stayed twice during our visit to the UK. Everyone was so kind there and helpful in the front lobby and the restaurant the food was great in the restaurant in the rooms are very clean.

Pleasant
The location was convenient, with easy access to both the airport and the city center. The restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for an affordable place with easy transportation connections.
The building is quite old and has not been renovated, which affected the overall experience. It was also not very clean, so there is definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.

Good location, halfway to airport and halfway to downtown. Bus stop right in front of building. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff.
No fridge in the room is biggest minus.
Hotel lobby looks renovated but rooms need this as well.

First, we started our vacation in Edinburgh from the US for 4 days and lived this hotel and stayed there our last four days. Very clean, front desk employees were amazing. Always ready to help. My room was so clean and had everything I needed. Best night sleep in my bed. The view of the mountains from my room was beautiful. I have to say unless you have long legs the bathtub is kinda hard to get in and out of. The restaurant in the hotel has great food!! ??

Great location, the bus picks up right out front take this right down to the city Center, I loved it. 100% clean Rooms I never had to ask for anything. It was always available in the room. We started our vacation there for a few days and then we ended it there the last four days before going back to the US. The front desk people were the friendliest people and were so kind and helpful. The food was excellent in the restaurant. When we come back again, we’re definitely staying there.

Have to say everything was perfect, a genuinely friendly welcoming hotel that is just a short bus trip from the main Princess Street. Room was so comfortable, loved having the option to open a window. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options to choose from. A lovely space in the reception / Bar area to sit and relax.

There to celebrate my daughter's birthday and staff were lovely with her. Also managed her dietary requirements so well. Really put me at ease.
Comfortable beds, lovely dinner and breakfast, great staff, brilliant location for our needs.
Pool changing rooms were freezing and grubby as it has been busy.
Pillows weren't the best
