Staff were nice & welcoming, room was comfortable.
The room and bathroom were a wee bit shabby and dated, but fine for one night. I was really disappointed with the pool. When I went to use it I realised it was tiny and was full of kids playing, even in the laned section for swimming, so I didn't even use it.

good choice of breakfast, tasty and fresh made. Spacious and open breakfast area. Bar area was bright with a pleasant atmosphere.
Bathroom was somewhat very compact on a standard double room. Not much space from opening the door into it and accessing toilet/bath/shower etc.

Have stayed here before as a base for a short city break. Hotel is clean, comfortable, offers free parking and is less than 10 minutes form the city centre by bus, with a bus stop directly outside the hotel.
Nothing to complain about. Hotel was up to our expectations.
