The location next to the zoo is great and the room was fine once we got inside, but the check-in experience completely ruined our arrival.
Arrived after an exhausting 9-hour journey with a pre-paid booking for 3 adults in 1 room. Front desk staff aggressively refused to honor our confirmation, claimed it wasn't available, and tried to force us to pay extra for a second room. They only backed down after a long argument. Threatening and predatory customer service.

Rooms had everything you would expect.
Air con was good as room was warm and stuffy
Bigger bed would have been more comfortable.
Price was very expensive for one night stay but think this is due to big concert on nearby.

Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable beds!
Breakfast was poor, 1 gluten free option. Oat milk, but no diary free yogurts. Limited fruit. Food looked dry and cooked breakfast was not good.
No fridge in room either.
