There to celebrate my daughter's birthday and staff were lovely with her. Also managed her dietary requirements so well. Really put me at ease.
Comfortable beds, lovely dinner and breakfast, great staff, brilliant location for our needs.
Pool changing rooms were freezing and grubby as it has been busy.

Great location, few steps away to the Zoo and so close to centre and airport. Lovely clean rooms; yummy food. Housekeeping was fabulous, I requested an extra duvet and sewing kit and got straight away. Rahmpreet in the restaurant/bar was fabulous, so nice, professional and consistent which is rare so well done to her, she deserves a promotion. I would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Edinburgh .
Can get very busy at times and more staff is needed in restaurant/bar.

Overflow car park when we arrived had plenty of spaces which was lovely, as we traveled from North Wales we were keen to get inside. As we arrived into the hotel the reception staff were prompt to serve us, helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Elevators up to our room which was a bonus, and rooms obviously labelled. The room itself was immaculate and a good view of the zoo which was nice at night as the lanterns were on. Lovely and warm with tea and coffee and a kettle. Beds were made nicely and TV was huge with lots of options. Cosy with lots of bedding and pillows. The dinner was very nice too and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was 10/10. Cooked breakfast and continental, something for everyone. The swimming pool was nice too. Free towels to use and it was warm , bonus! Overall had a wonderful stay and will visit again if we are in Edinburgh. Thank you! Kylie from North Wales.
A more obvious sign to indicate overflow car park that was for holiday inn. Maybe one or two spare blankets in room.

The hotel is ideal being beside the zoo. The hotel was clean and presentable as well.
Carpark for the hotel isn't big so the zoo carpark is used for overflow which is fine. However, we never got a straight answer on parking charges when staying in the zoo carpark from 2pm one day until 3pm the next day.

Room was lovely
Forgot to book breakfast wen booking room, unfortunately it cost me 16 pound, the lady who showed me to a table was incredibly rude, and the breakfast wasn't worth 16 as wetherspoons charged a fiver, for exactly what I paid for 16
