The property lobby and dining area was nice.
We arrived into our room and we didn’t have working AC in the room. We walking into a wet towel in the bathtub which made us wonder whether the room was properly cleaned.

Clean and spacious. Breakfast included a wide variety of freshly cooked foods, cold cereal, beads and rods, pastries, and a parfait bar. Pre-paid was the best value for that and saved us the trouble of having to grab breakfast somewhere before sightseeing. Staff was willing to think outside of the box to creatively solve a logistical rental car issue which we greatly appreciated.
We were on the 2nd floor facing the hill, directly over the main driveway/parking entrance. Anytime we stood on that side of the building we lost WiFi so if we wanted to use our laptop or phones, it had to be from the inside of the room. The beds were very firm and not the most comfortable but we managed to sleep. Also the parking was no joke - if you don't get a spot early in the day you probably won't. We left the car and took Ubers into town and back rather than gamble on parking in an unfamiliar place.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay there. We actually stayed twice during our visit to the UK. Everyone was so kind there and helpful in the front lobby and the restaurant the food was great in the restaurant in the rooms are very clean.

Pleasant
The location was convenient, with easy access to both the airport and the city center. The restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for an affordable place with easy transportation connections.
The building is quite old and has not been renovated, which affected the overall experience. It was also not very clean, so there is definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.

No fridge in the room is biggest minus.

First, we started our vacation in Edinburgh from the US for 4 days and lived this hotel and stayed there our last four days. Very clean, front desk employees were amazing. Always ready to help. My room was so clean and had everything I needed. Best night sleep in my bed. The view of the mountains from my room was beautiful. I have to say unless you have long legs the bathtub is kinda hard to get in and out of. The restaurant in the hotel has great food!! ??

Great location, the bus picks up right out front take this right down to the city Center, I loved it. 100% clean Rooms I never had to ask for anything. It was always available in the room. We started our vacation there for a few days and then we ended it there the last four days before going back to the US. The front desk people were the friendliest people and were so kind and helpful. The food was excellent in the restaurant. When we come back again, we’re definitely staying there.
