The staff was very friendly. Next to a busstop. Breakfast and diner were good.
The bed was small (140cm) and a bit hard. Showering in the bathtub was not pleasant. Airconditioning was noisy.

Very clean and well presented. It’s right next door to the Edinburgh Zoo where we intended to visit. The breakfast is brilliant. Everything you could want.
The duvet on the bed was a bit small. With two people under it it barely covered the bed.

Hotel room was spacious and clean, easy to adjust heating. We had an evening meal and breakfast and both were good. Plenty selection.
We were next to a family who's child got up every hour though the night screaming so we all woke up knackered and ended up having to cut our trips short the next day as my kids were exhausted. This was not the Hotels fault and as we only stayed one night there wasn't really much they could do. I'm guessing they put all families together. This experience however has made me decide never to book a hotel again.
We had a meal at night, the staff weren't the chattiest but could of been the language barrier or busy with other jobs,

The hotel in general is modern with all the facilities for a family trip. The staff is friendly.
Some areas like the pool and jacuzzi are functioning but they would do with a refurbishment. The area is a little small and will be cramped if more than 6 people are using the facility.
