Restaurant staff was good and accommodating.
Our room was very far from the elevator, the key often did not open the room, we had to go to the front desk many times to have it reset.

We were visiting the zoo so it was the perfect location for us.
Although quite compact, the room had everything we needed.
It was quite noisy, it's a big hotel so you would expect a bit of noise but we were woken by really loud talking outside at around 3.30am. Similarly, the corridors are really long and there was quite a bit of shouting to people down the corridors quite early in the morning. I'm not sure if it was staff or guests but I guess we were just unlucky with this.

Nice big hotel, 20 min by bus from the city center. there is a small pool. We got lucky with a nice view. Breakfast is reasonably priced, with good options. 10 min walking you can find street with small local cafes

As soon as we entered the hotel - it was very pleasant, clean and well renovated. The staff at the front desk were very kind and efficient. We wish the breakfast was included but we were happy to find tea and coffee as well as milk in the room.
It would be nice to have an entry directly from the street - without having to walk around the building, up a hill.

Value for Money is very bad . Services not at the level . Cleanness of rooms was disaster .poor breakfast choices . Minimum requirement of the room is not available . Safe is not available !! Water is not available , bad connection WiFi …

Everything!! For the price this hotel needs an update at least for the rooms. The shower area has mold , the sink in the bathroom has cracks, the carpet in the room and the hallway is disgusting with stains and the hallway leading up to the room stinks! They are charging the price for Ritz and the facilities are a motel standard. Very disappointing. I read reviews before I booked and wasn’t expecting it to be this bad. One of our beds had blood stained mattress pad which we had to call to get replaced. Glad we were there only one night!

Breakfast selection was good as well as the price. Rooms were regularly cleaned. Location is great as public transport is very accessible.
The unprofessional handling of the pool receptionist in conveying his intent. Very rude.

The location next to the zoo is great and the room was fine once we got inside, but the check-in experience completely ruined our arrival.
Arrived after an exhausting 9-hour journey with a pre-paid booking for 3 adults in 1 room. Front desk staff aggressively refused to honor our confirmation, claimed it wasn't available, and tried to force us to pay extra for a second room. They only backed down after a long argument. Threatening and predatory customer service.

The staff was excellent and helpful. Checked us in quickly and efficiently and told us how to park the car and about breakfast. Got us checked in within 15 min, maybe less.
.The breakfast was good, would have been nice if there was a non pork meat selection, either vegetarian or other meat.
Also the bathroom floor had hair from previous guests, it felt like it needed to be vacuumed
