The breakfast was decent, bus easy to take into town, the pool was nice. I appreciate the air conditioning!

The restaurant was good, food good and service good
There was no drinking water in the room, the phone was not working and in spite of mentioning it to the staff, it was not sorted. Suffered from bad ghay fever and called the reception after 10:30 pm to be told they had no medication and we had to sort it out.

I like the location and facilities. 1 bus few stops away to centre. . Near the zoo. With discount in zoo if you wnt to visit the zoo which is worth visiting. The lifts were Convenient frr my parents who is not advised to take stairs Price wise its worh it.
Breakfast want more variety
Room lights wish to have a one bright light that you could use when everyone is still awake.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. In particular, Kyle made it very memorable for my daughter - free shortbread for wearing a Scotland football shirt, engaged her in chat about football and the upcoming concert, red carded her for being outside at 11pm (waiting for a McFlurry delivery

The location is good and the views. The dining area is nice and the standard of food is excellent. The staff are also very pleasant.
The bathroom is ridiculously small for an executive room. Huge step to get over the bath for a shower. The beds are not comfy neither are the pillows. The price is a rip off actually for I’d say 3 star. On the last day we got no water or biscuits and 2 days there was no hot chocolate.
