Close to zoo for my son and staff were very nice
Not hotels fault but one one of the nights staying there was another group of people staying there who was running and shouting up and down the corridor late at night and in the morning

Economical, plenty of parking, next to zoo, infront of bus stop.
Passing lobby is a nightmare. Extremely stink. Carpet must be changed in all areas, including rooms as well.

Staff were lovely, room was clean and I slept peacefully.
Breakfast was the major letdown for me, numerous items not cooked well and borderline inedible.

lovely spacious room, super comfy beds and nice bathroom, good bar, and the "leisure centre" is small but nice though I thought there was a steam room, which was the main reason I booked to be honest, there is a pool and whirlpool and sauna though. Good food selection too at the bar
parking was available but a bit of a faff as its on multiple levels, which meant two flights of stairs with cases and no lift if you park on the lower level, would be good to flag this in advance so people can drop off etc but also there is no drop off area, and zero offer of assistance from the 4 young strapping lads standin in reception dessk area twiddling their thumbs :-)

The property is awful and not at all like the photos. the only thing we liked were the friendly concierge staff.
the photos of our room are completely different to what we got, especially the bathroom. we never would’ve booked it had we known how old and dark and musty it was. it felt like a mental hospital. the actual room compared to the photos is crazy!

Location is great,bus stop just outside. Nice chinese restaurant just across the street.Breakfast is good in hotel.
Beds very uncomfortable and no space in shower as my husband & son are tall people.
Asked for extra blanket in reception,two hours later rang from room to remind about it,-but never got one.
Swimming pool is small for the size of such hotel and allways crowded.

Staff very friendly very dryand professional.
Food. All bar food was dished up and presented to quick to have been cooked fresh on order. Further more breakfast was very dry.
