Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean. Liked the fact there was a bath as well as a shower. Good choice at breakfast. Great location,

Clean. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful room. Could not find a negative. Bus stops right outside to take you Princes Street. Lovely breakfast. Dinner was great and very reasonable.

The menu in the restaurant had plenty to choose from and the food was excellent
I thought the bedrooms, would be a bit more modern as I thought there wasn't much to the decor of them, single beds with double quilt covers on them and tucked in that tight was hard to move in the bed. The landing to the bedrooms are a bit tired looking

Great location, bus stop at door into centre. Good breakfast to set you up for a day exploring. Room was clean enough, comfy beds. Staff all helpful. Quiet enough at night to get a good sleep. Meal at hotel was good too, hubby had mixed grill it was a big portion. Would go back

This location is very convenient as you could catch a bus in front of the hotel to go to city centre and there are a few buses you could take to go to city center.

Breakfast to be included when foreign tourists visit. As a courtesy could have provided water bottles in rooms. Hotel facilities for food is too costly and people go out for food. Little far from city centre and hence needs to consider all above points.

Location is not at the city center but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
The hotel is very old and dirty.
Breakfast is average.
I caller the reception to ask for a robe. They told me that I should get downstairs and get it myself. Unbelievable.

4 adults stay for 1night as had a concert at Murrayfield. Clean, comfortable, convenient hotel for what we needed it for. No frills, 20 min(fast walk to Murrayfield) loved the zoo decor in the bathroom and sounds of what we think was a kookaburra in the morning.
Staff at reception were friendly enough. Didn’t use the bar or restaurant/breakfast, but reception and bar area looked modernised and clean.
No biscuits with the tea and coffee!

We were here as we had tickets to see Robbie Williams and were staying overnight. We had a late lunch which was lovely and then when we arrived back from the concert to our surprise they were serving food pizzas bacon sandwiches sausage rolls and chips it saved us from ordering food from takeaway. Well done it is a great idea
