Staff were very naturally friendly and welcoming from checking to housekeeping . Had lunch and Manpreet was very knowledgeable of menu and gave us great service, she took the time to chat with us and showed genuine interest in us, lovely lady. The foid was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Bar staff were great too, had a late evening drink and service was quick and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was top quality with lots of choice. Reception smooth check in and check out , during our stay reception ordered us a taxi which arrived on time to take us to our destination. Would definitely recommend hotel and visit again.
Disabled toilets perhaps could do with more regular checks.

Central location. We stayed here with two children age 12 and 8 and it was ideal for us as a family. Loads of parking to leave our car and easy access to public transport also. Lots of options to eat close by which suited us as the restaurant was awful and really expensive.
Restaurant too expensive for what was on offer. We only used the restaurant once and the meal was 2/10 at best. It didn’t affect our stay though.

The single beds were very hard, and the double bed was comfortable apart from it seemed to dip in the middle. Rude other guests.

Good room size, clean and good blackout curtains. Nice bar
Temperature a bit high at the start for the size of the room but easy fix. Doors shut with loud bangs which startling from other rooms.

The location was convenient, with easy access to both the airport and the city center. The restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for an affordable place with easy transportation connections.
The building is quite old and has not been renovated, which affected the overall experience. It was also not very clean, so there is definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.
