The Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The bedroom was clean and comfortable.
Car parking at the hotel was very convenient.
The restaurant staff were very disorganised with our food order. We waited a long time for our meal and then we had to ask for our dessert.

Located on main bus route so easy to get into and back from the city centre

Everything was very clean and the staff were amazing!
If you exit the main doors of the hotel and need to walk down to the bus stop there pavement stops and it’s on a corner where you can’t see if there’s a car coming. There is the path down past the zoo but you then basically backtrack to the bus stop, some kind of pavement or a better more clearer path to the bus stop would be great.

Unexpected upgrade of my room when I arrived. That was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helped when I requested for more hot chocolates and decaf tea for my room as I didn’t get a replen whe the room was serviced.
The bathroom was tight to get in and out for. Fine for single person but difficult if staying with your partner. The room did have some tea stains splattered on it but it didn’t affect my sleep or stay to be honest.

We all loved the selection at breakfast and also the dinner options were fantastic and how close it was to every where especially the zoo made it so much easier for us with 2 kids also loved how comfy the beds were and also how if it was warm we could cool the room down made the stay even better
Nothing really maybe the wake up call from the gibbons on the last morning because I forgot to shut window lol but again we never heard a peep from the zoo whole time we were staying expect that due to me leaving window open

Location and cleanliness. Staffs are nice and approachable.
NO wifi in the rooms not even for TV. Very very weak wifi connection in the lobby (very important for foreigners). Cleaners went inside the rooms even though we already posted the tag outside to not touch the room.
