Entry way was nice and updated and the room was okay but dated. The breakfast was great with lots of places to grab your food and sit.
Other than the dining and the entry the hotel is very dated. The hotel has circle windows in the stairwell like you are on a ship.

The view of autumn trees were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful. Got a bus stop just infront of the hotel. The centre was a little far away, so needed the bus.
The shower nob was broken. Could not have a bath. Did not clean our room the second day.

Photos on booking are very misleading. Not to mention I purposely emailed asking for a specific room with double bed, I was replied I would get it, and then I didn’t.

The location of the hotel is superb, bus stops right outside the building & direct access to the old town area.

Nice room and the hotel was close enough to downtown but in a quiet neighbourhood.
Sometimes the breakfast area got really busy in the mornings with lots of tour groups there at the same time.

Loved the proximity to the bus, and zoo. Breakfast bar was great, staff were very friendly.
Beds not very comfortable , confusing access to reception if travelling by foot, very dated amenities, didn’t seem like housekeeping was vacuuming - I saw the same crumble of cookie on the floor for our 7 day stay.
