The room service team is reluctant to refill the supplies even though we ask for it multiple times

Good location for access to the city centre with frequent buses.
The view from our room of the Pentland Hills would have been amazing, but the window was absolutely filthy.

Breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was spacious.
The bathroom was a little dated with the sink tap continuously running. The bed was horrible in that the mattress was soft and offered little support

Booked a room here at the last minute due to a flight cancellation. It was the only hotel with rooms still available that wasn’t too far from the airport.

☑️ Close to airport but also close enough to get into Edinburgh touristy areas via public transportation
☑️ Bus stop located in front of the hotel (20 minutes into Edinburgh)
☑️ Friendly front desk staff
☑️ Spacious room w comfortable bed
☑️ Good breakfast buffet variety of options w plenty of seating
❌ A bit on the pricey side
❌ Room was a bit drafty
❌ Carpet in room needed cleaning
❌ Not much around by way of restaurants/shopping
❌ A bug (believed to be a roach) crawled on my table during dinner even though the restaurant appeared to be clean. I reported to waiter & mgmt and was moved me to different table)..even still I would stay at this property again.

Entry way was nice and updated and the room was okay but dated. The breakfast was great with lots of places to grab your food and sit.
Other than the dining and the entry the hotel is very dated. The hotel has circle windows in the stairwell like you are on a ship.

The view of autumn trees were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful. Got a bus stop just infront of the hotel. The centre was a little far away, so needed the bus.
The shower nob was broken. Could not have a bath. Did not clean our room the second day.
