we have made a mistake on our trip planning. this is a last minute booking. not as good as the other hotels we booked for our trip on other days. But it is a OK hotel and we find a room to sleep on that day. The hotel is almost fully booked o our day but the staff is very friendly and find a room for us. thanks!

Good location, excellent staff, nice breakfast, and clean room. Right outside the hotel, there is a bus stop 20 minutes from the city center.
The room on the M floor was next to the air pumps, which made noise all night. On the first two days, a bad smell came from the bathroom, maybe because it hadn't been used for many days.

Breakfast was included, both hot and cold options with great coffee. The hotel is on two city bus routes that were easy to navigate and got us to all of the places we wanted to go each day.
Rooms were clean and well appointed and all staff we encountered in the hotel, restaurant, bar were absolutely lovely, so friendly and efficient! One reception staff, Supriya went above and beyond and helped us with bus routes, scheduling a taxi and just being overall helpful.
There was no fridge or microwave in our room, which I would have liked.

Bus stop just outside the hotel with fast access to the city. Breakfast is a plus and everything delicious. Everything clean and people at the hotel very kind. I’ll surely return here.

Our stay here was truly delightful, with the staff being incredibly helpful and warm. When we checked in, the lady at the reception was so wonderfully kind. She provided us with a map of the city and shared some great tips on things to do in Edinburgh and how to explore, which really made a difference. We arrived around 5pm on March 4th, and the lady on duty at that time was very welcoming, though I can't quite remember her name! The room was spotless and cozy, and breakfast the next morning was absolutely lovely. It had everything we enjoyed and suited our tastes perfectly. It was excellent value for the money! The location is perfect, right next to a bus stop, making everything very practical and convenient.
The room was a bit small, not enough storage space for 2 adults, but we managed!

There was no water kept at the room. If I have to make tea, I have to buy it before I arrive at the room. If they could keep 1-2 bottles of water it would really help

The staff were polite and welcoming, the location wasn’t really far off the city centre, an Uber was also affordable from the hotel to the city centre
The rooms were quite tight, no chair or a table to sit and work. The flooring in the room and entire hotel needs a remake, it’s gotten darker and visibly dirty. No, room tissues, nor at least first day complementary water provided as many hotels do, no disposal slippers especially with a dirty floor as such

We had a very good time, the room had the best view over Edinburg, the breakfast was very nice, the room spacious, and the staff very kind :)
a very small thing we shouldn't even need while travelling but I was expecting a smart tv to wind down at night and watch a movie on Netflix but it wasn't a smart tv
