Our room which was a family room was very generous in size, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff around the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
There was a bus stop just outside the hotel which made access to Edinburgh city so easy. We also walked in one morning which took us about 30 minutes.
The breakfast on the first morning wasn't good but for some reason the second morning's breakfast made up for it.

Good location, excellent staff, nice breakfast, and clean room. Right outside the hotel, there is a bus stop 20 minutes from the city center.
The room on the M floor was next to the air pumps, which made noise all night. On the first two days, a bad smell came from the bathroom, maybe because it hadn't been used for many days.

Fantastic service from check in to breakfast and more. The staff are truly lovely here. Location was brilliant, easy to get into the city. the hotel was clean, quiet, and the beds were super comfy. Overall a great staty!
