Disappointing
The location is fine if you don’t mind taking the local 43 bus.
The staff was “interesting” to deal with. The manager was incredibly rude and seemed to always be in a bad mood. I hope she doesn’t treat the employees the way she treated us, though that would explain a lot. The food was incredibly expensive for the microwaved food we got in the evening, but the breakfast was included and tasty enough to enjoy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Vegetables at the breakfast would be a nice idea and more vegan options :)

Location was very near the city centre. They have parking but at an additional cost but they give you a discount. The breakfast was very varied and all was good. Very comfortable beds and good sized rooms.

Staff were extremely nice and the free breakfast was well organized. The location was perfect for someone who wanted to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the city center but close enough to easily travel back and forth.

Very Good
Out of city centre location was quiet and on direct bus route to the centre. Room was not overlooked and had a nice view. Breakfast was adequate and bar snacks in the evening were more than expected so no need to go out for a meal after a busy day.

Good location, 23 min bus from town. Quiet twin room at 4/F with big window view to city！In house restaurant for quick food burger, fish and chip, Thai green currey rice etc. Good bath room facilities and clean and good sized room

Easy reach by bus in 20 minutes from Edinburgh Waverley station. Stayed at Room 403 with good view of city, comfortable and quiet room. Near to Sainsbury's. Free luggage storage for 4 nights for going for tour in Scotland Highland and back for stay. Very good buffet breakfast with coffee pack and go!

The location was fantastic. Easy to catch the bus just outside the hotel to get into the tourist attractions in the old city.
