Very good customer service, was able to check in eariler and without any issues.
Location isn't the best, however there is a bus stop outside the hotel for the city centre, so that is convenient, but not convenient for the airport.
But this is a minor issue.

The location is perfect and very central, with easy access to bus stops. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
This isn't so much a complaint. It is something the management can look into more deeply. The maintenance team needs to go through their checklists more regularly. The shower in the room I stayed clearly had a broken holder for the shower head. It was a little difficult to have a shower unless you were right up against the wall.. I brought this to the attention of the reception staff. They said they would attend to it. However, in the 10 days I stayed at the property, this issue was not resolved.

Hotel staff was so helpful and kind, breakfast was amazing.
Air conditioning was not good enough although it was a worm day, room carpet condition was not as good as it was suppose to be as per the rating and room rent. Parking facilities must be free all the visitors.

Staff friendly and welcoming.
Staff need more training on food allergies. Staff didn't really appreciate the fact that cereals with nuts had spoons that could be used in other cereals.

We’ve stayed a couple of times before. I drive an EV and there is 4 charge points on the adjacent road that give 12 hours of parking for free, which is very useful. Also the Sainsbury’s across the road have rapid charging too, so plenty options.
The hotel is very clean, has all you can eat breakfast included, lovely staff, and is very close to the bus stops for access to the town.
Nothing of note. Would have liked a choice of eggs at breakfast, but that’s being really picky.
