Cleanliness, staff and decent English breakfast. The location was little away from city, so reliant on public transport to reach the city. But for the price we got can't complaint.
The size of the room was horrible. It was so so so small that as a couple cannot walk side by side in the room.
No water bottle or common water filling facility. Asked us fill from washroom tap which we are not comfortable with. So we bought the bottles from the petrol station next to the hotel.

Close to a supermarket, quiet area, staff were friendly,helpful and welcoming, room was comfortable shower was hot bathroom and towels were clean and stocked well, beds were comfortable and clean,breakfast was nice
Carpets were a bit stained but we were in a family room so children tend to spill more things and make more stains than normal so not a huge issue

Hotel is Near the bus station.And you can reach from city center 15 minutes.Also Sainsbury , Lidl , Burger king is available 3 minutes walk.The view is our room is beautiful.
Breakfast variety is less.Our baby can eat boil egg and i want chef to boil 2 egg for us but he say we couldnt do.Or there is no any cheese at breakfast.Shower has curtain.At keast they renew with half glass material.

It was clean,
In room there was No Wardrobe . When you come from outside road, you have to climb high to reach hotel up to reception. Breakfast was not too great. Room price was high according to facility, location etc.
