Pleasant
The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. Although not in the city centre the location was okay - only 20 minutes away from the city centre on the bus.
The room. The toilet in the bathroom was loose and had to be mended. There was a power cut one evening which left us completely in the dark. The air conditioning unit was noisy and every now and again made a rattling sound.

The hotel was conveniently situated to where we needed to be. The rooms were spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids(15 and 11), although perhaps the sofa bed was a bit too small for our 2 daughters. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety provided.
There was nothing specific that we did not like. If we needed to be picky then I’d say that perhaps the orange juice could be fresh, or the second bed a wee bit wider.

The staff was friendly, Excellent location: bus stops in front of the hotel and therefore easy to reach the city centre.
the bathroom had a spacious shower.
the room rather small and the carpet dirty. The hotel would need to be modernised including the lifts. Breakfast quite varied and good, but nothing particularly outstanding. Tables and chairs and dishes not so clean.

Friendly personel. Room was simple and great, nothing better than that is needed. Basic, Clean, Good Bed. Location is abit far away from the center, so you either need Bus, Uber or Car. Even though they told us is easy to get the bus, we did not bother as it looked abit complicated and with many stops. Uber cost around 8-10 pounds per ride. Bonus opposite the hotel there is petrol station, fast foods, coffee shops like Starbucks and Supermarket.
Distance from City Center - Basic breakfast, nothing special.

Breakfast was good, I liked the fresh fruit.
The evening meals were a bit mediocre. It was good that it was quiet as everywhere in town was so busy and a couple of evenings we were tired and didn't want to go out again. Maybe some suggestions of local restaurants would help.
