The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was good, lots of variety and the staff were really helpful when we asked questions about travelling round the city.
The temperature control in the room was a little temperamental and tended to default back to its original temperature if we tried to change it.

Dog friendly hotel! Staff assisted with organising a taxi for us! Lovely clean room, with a large shower, didn't use it, but, it was looking good! No noise from traffic or late night revellers.
I do like a fried egg with a cooked breakfast, however, the scrambled eggs were lovely. Maybe, a few more items on the cooked menu, mushrooms, tomatoes and maybe some black pudding would be good?

The Holiday Inn did not meet our expectations during our four-day stay. Unfortunately, despite requesting housekeeping, the bed sheets were not changed. Additionally, the breakfast menu had limited options and often ran out before the designated end time. We had hoped for a more diverse breakfast selection, including seasonal fruits, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, and mushrooms. It would have been appreciated to have some vegetarian choices available as well.

Location was good and the staff was helpful and friendly.
The room wasnt as clean as expected and the breakfast was good but very chaotic with only one coffee maker that didnt really work very well causing long lines for coffee! There was a problem with the elevator door that caused it to slam into my leg!
