Location is perfect for getting to and from the city centre good car parking and a fuel station in close proximity.
Bathroom could do with some maintenance and the menu could be improved .

The staff were excellent.
Improvements could be made in the breakfast room. Dogs were only allowed (as is right) on the hard flooring. There weren’t enough tables for dog users as non dog users filled these areas. There were plenty of spare tables on the carpeted area not being used. The allocation for dog owners in the breakfast area on the hard flooring area should be highlighted.

The staff were lovely breakfast was ok also i wasnt told they served food later on in the day in the restaurant and that there was a bar area
The room we stayed in the carpet was awful i know i had a dog with me but honestly the carpet was not clean shit stains smeared into the carpet and had not been hoovered

Excellent breakfast and a good choice of food. The dinning area was bright and clean.
The staff helpful and friendly.
The room was compact with iron and ironing board, useful for short business trips. Bathroom clean and a good shower.
A good location for visiting the centre of Edinburgh and a regular bus service just across the road.
Room very small, not much space, bedside tables small.
Parking expensive and not included in the price.

Check could have been better. Please consider that after a long distance travel one would consider easy check in. We were given a room for special needs. Not appropriate. It was only changed after insisting that we would not asleep in there. Receptionist was not very helpful.
