The room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, especially at the breakfast.
The breakfast options were the same the whole time. That can be considered good, but we could have used some variety.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is very old, worn out, and needs urgent renovation. The cleanliness is poor and basic amenities are missing. Furthermore, the internet is not working at all inside the room floor 5. I would not recommend this place. It’s located far away from the center and buses time were terrible. I wonder how this hotel belongs to Holiday Inn Express series there’s something wrong.
Nothing. لا انصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق مهما حدتك الظروف. بعيد جداً عن السنتر ولاتوجد به ادنى وسائل الراحة ناهيك عن النت لايعمل داخل الغرفة الدور الخامس و لايوجد هاتف و مبلغه مبالغ فيه حول ال 200 باوند. تخيل لايمكنك ان تتحكم بالمكيف لانه مغلق فلازم تطر تنزل لاستقبال تخبره بتغيير درجة و قوة دفع المروحه هذا ابسط شي

Comfortable bed, the location which is close to bus stop to city center and also it is close to super market and some good food places. The rooms had amazing view of the edinburg city and I would say the best view !
The Internet to be honest. The hotel staffs tried hard to solve this but Internet speed in rooms were horrible. We stayed in two rooms during our trip but in both rooms there was almost no internet though the wifi signal was there. As soon as you are in the lobby the internet just worked fine. The IT team should check this.

Location was right near bus stop that ran into downtown Edinburgh. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Good location...close enough for short ride but still far enough to have some peace.
