It was a lovely clean premises.
It was a bit of a distance from the centre and where I wanted to be and this was my fault,the hot water was exceptionallly hot and very hard to regulate, I was disappointed with the rate of currency exchange to euro but again not your fault.

breakfast was included, and there is hostess in charge, so no chaos with tables and guests as it could be
big shopping center is in two minutes. bus stop to city center as well
breakfast is boring, the third day seeing the same was already unpleasant; they have no vegetables at all
conditioning in our room (504) was extremely loud; also windy weather is annoying, cause we have heard noise produced by wind the whole night
location is a bit far from center, 20+ minutes by bus

Breakfast was included, both hot and cold options with great coffee. The hotel is on two city bus routes that were easy to navigate and got us to all of the places we wanted to go each day.
Rooms were clean and well appointed and all staff we encountered in the hotel, restaurant, bar were absolutely lovely, so friendly and efficient! One reception staff, Supriya went above and beyond and helped us with bus routes, scheduling a taxi and just being overall helpful.
There was no fridge or microwave in our room, which I would have liked.

The hotel staff very welcoming on our arrival. Room spotlessly clea. Comfortable bed. Beautiful white fluffy towels. Enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. Excellent, would definitely recommend hotel and would stay there again
