Very disappointing stay. The hotel is very old, worn out, and needs urgent renovation. The cleanliness is poor and basic amenities are missing. Furthermore, the internet is not working at all inside the room floor 5. I would not recommend this place. It’s located far away from the center and buses time were terrible. I wonder how this hotel belongs to Holiday Inn Express series there’s something wrong.
Nothing. لا انصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق مهما حدتك الظروف. بعيد جداً عن السنتر ولاتوجد به ادنى وسائل الراحة ناهيك عن النت لايعمل داخل الغرفة الدور الخامس و لايوجد هاتف و مبلغه مبالغ فيه حول ال 200 باوند. تخيل لايمكنك ان تتحكم بالمكيف لانه مغلق فلازم تطر تنزل لاستقبال تخبره بتغيير درجة و قوة دفع المروحه هذا ابسط شي

Staff were super helpful and even accommodated an early check in. Room was clean and exactly what we needed. We stayed here for a gig at Murrayfield - nice walking distance.
Quick and reasonable price uber to and from Edinburgh centre and uber to Murrayfield also. Ideal for gigs.

It’s a good option if you don’t want to be located in city center - old town . There’s stores big ones and restaurants very close to the hotel and very well connected with bus stop and two bus lines going every 15 min to old town

The view was fantastic.
The room was comfortable and the food very good. The staff were all great.

Breakfast and variety was exceptional. Front desk and Restaurant staff are courteous and helpful.
Extremely clumsy and claustrophobic lifts.
Rooms smelled off.

Housekeeping staff didn't clean the toilets and bathroom despite requesting
Paid for parking - not worth it in my opinion, for the tariff charged per night, parking should be included.

Location and staff was great. Tidy grounds. Shop near hand also.
Carpets where heavily stained. Shower is tiny. Wasn't much on offer for breakfast.
