Pleasant
The shower in the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Close to the Royal Mile!
Only on elevator worked and wait time for it were long. Had to wait 20+ minutes for elevator when departing☹️ There was construction in front of building and no notification given prior to arrival as to which way to approach to be able to check in and unload ☹️

The location, the staff and the hotel were spot on. The location was great and close to lots of good places to eat, drink and sight to see.
The staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel amenities and decor were great
One lift wasn't working and part of the hotel was being renovated, but this felt very temporary

The location was excellent and facilities great. The only exception was the tv reception was constantly interrupted.
The rooms were clean and well equiped.

Room toilet and sink didn’t work on arrival and only one lift worked which took at one stage 10 minutes . Asked a member of staff to take us to stairs and fire door was locked and didn’t know where other access was, not hood when on level 5.

Right on the Royal Mile, this hotel could not be more perfectly situated. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have luggage storage, which js a great resource.

Great location , staff all lovely , decent breakfast
But disappointed with the room for the price, also staff at reception didn’t properly validate our parking ticket meaning we had to pay full price which was a bit frustrating

The location is absolutely amazing. From the hotel is quite easy to go anywhere.

Very modern Clean.
We stopped on 5th floor only 1 lift. More often than not it was full and was being used by staff with trollies with towels n laundry so so 1 could use it. And no bins around reception. Always having to hand rubbish to staff members.

Disappointing
The location and spacious room.
The bedsheets had stains on, the staff did change it quickly but wasn’t ideal. Was there for a birthday, but nothing complementary offered although I read in reviews before that the hotel provided other guests with complementary chocolates & drinks etc. No acknowledgment either.
