Staff were super helpful and friendly. Gave us a free upgrade to a window room as they had plenty available.
The room size exceeded my expectations.
Good location.
The window didn't close properly and we got wafts of cigarette smoke coming in from outside.

1 of the 2 lifts (elevators) went out of service on the first night of my stay (Friday evening), and it was not repaired by the time I left (Monday afternoon)

The room was tiny and the bed very small and uncomfortable.

Awesome location and friendly staff readily available for any questions or concerns.
Honestly nothing, for some reason Google maps directed us through the back entrance on arrival so maybe a bigger signage at the entrance would do first time travelers some good.
