We did not have breakfast,the location was fantastic,lovley and clean room..just what we needed for one night .
Bathroom door didnt lock..and it was a cosy room we had but i feel they should come with a tea/coffee area or even leave a bottle of water, other than that it was great.

The room was too small, no windows, luckily I wasn’t claustrophobic so I managed one night stay. Felt like we were in a closet for the night. Not worth paying the amount I paid. I might ho back bcz of the location definitely request a room with space and window.

Opposite station (Haymarket) and bus and tram stop outside. About half hour walk to city centre.
Staff were friendly.
Advertised as having car park (why we chose) no mention of having to pre book via separate company so no spaces when arrived.
There could have been more attention to detail with cleaning. Stains on carpet around the building. Bathroom not as clean as could’ve been and awful smell. Small hole in bed linen.
Breakfast in bar next door - items kept running out so you never got a full quota of items at same time! For example, if you got mushrooms and egg, there was no beans or sausages
Air con was virtually useless.

Friendly staff who helped with issues caused by the management.
1. Misinformation on the Booking.com profile. The hotel claimed it wasn't necessary to book parking. This was incorrect. You need to reserve through a third-party app but no details about this are provided by the hotel. So upon arrival, I needed to find another car park nearby and pay the extra costs for taxis there and back. Since I complained, the hotel has updated its Booking.com profile to say you DO need to register parking before arriving.
2. The room was tiny. I've lived in Hong Kong for years and some hotels there have tiny rooms but this was even smaller.
3. The air con didn't work and since there was no window in the room, it was very warm throughout the night. I initially asked for an upgrade once I realised the room was windowless and cost £200. I was refused, with the management saying I needed to contact Booking.com. However, when I complained about the air con not working, I was offered another room. Did they clear it with Booking.com first? Since it was about 10am, all our bags were unpacked and I was trying to do some work, I refused the extra room. There was no point since we were leaving early the next day.
4. The wheels on the bed were broken, so it moved frequently.
5. A door near the lift kept banging all night and the vibrations moved the bed.
I don't mind paying £200 for a hotel room, but there were so many issues that should not have occurred in a well-managed hotel. I complained on the Booking.com app messaging but nobody responded. Also, nobody apologised for the car park issue, other than the front desk staff who acknowledged the problem and agreed it was ridiculous that the profile lied. I will not stay at an IHG hotel again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is well located.
There were issues with rooms. First room we got had no electricity, rpobably a circuit breaker issue (maintenance guy was not available at the time). Second room we got instead had a window that couldnt be fully closed due to a faulty window lock/lever - Due to this, the ac (heating) wouldnt activate, because it detected an open window. We made do in the end, didnt want to move to a third room.

Advertised as Private Parking which is why I booked. There is very limited private parking and If you pre book. The staff recommended nearby (2 Mile away) parking at £50 a night for us. We ended up finding our own at £30 a day.
Only one lift worked for over 150 rooms
The cosy room was very small and the bathroom wasn’t very private
I expected to pay more for a center hotel but it was still overpriced for what it was.

The location near the tram line to take us to Princes St.
Broken toilet seat, double duvet covers on a single duvet.shower mat left in the shower basin that got wet because we didn't know it was there, 2 lifts, only one working and it was only big enough for 4 people. The cleaner would use the lift to transfer products and hold the lift so it could not be used. It's not good if you are stuck on the 7th floor trying to leave. Some staff were lovely, and some ignored you while waiting for coffee and dealt with people checking in that had arrived after you got to the counter.

Location location location, right next to the train and tram station. In the heart of the West End. The bed was super comfortable and the shower decent enough. Did not pay for breakfast, much cheaper to eat out at the many local amenities.
The room was somewhat small. Perfect for solo travellers. The WiFi was not that fast, youtube, netflix, forget it.
