Wonderful
Very well placed, close to the airport and city centre, very quiet, clean, staff is extremely kind and helpful, at the reception you can get free water refills, coffee, tea, lemonade. We even got an upgraded room (we booked windowless but were given a room with a window). Excellent breakfast at a good value for money.

Clean, great location, opposite the tram and train station, the free tea and coffee was a nice addition
The wifi was very slow, only one elevator was working so we took the stairs often as the wait was sometimes long. The aircon control panel wasn’t working so we had a warm room all the time.

Staff were fabulous. Greeted with a friendly smile and were extremely helpful. Nice inviting hotel entrance vibrant colours and a lovely bar next door.
My biggest issue was the glass door to the bathroom was right next to the bed . As a lady I do not wish to be using the bathroom right next to my partners head. And it was literally right next to it. Also not a big thing but a kettle in the room would be lovely. Another issue I had was in the morning when workmen and cleaners were hoovering and banging before 9. I know everyone has a job to do but at least keep it down till after 9. Bed was OK but pillows were not comfy.

Room was very small but clean and bright. Bed is comfortable. Location is great easy access to the bus stop and train which is right across the hotel. Complimetary tea and cofee with good space and sittings to relax at the lobby
