Very clean and tidy. Location was ideal, right by the bus stop to and from the airport and a short walk into the city centre. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Really easy to get to - airport trams stops literally outside the door. Staff were fantastic - they upgraded our room, and they allowed us to check in early having arrived on an early flight. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was an easy walking distance to city centre.

Just that it’s close to central - only 20/30 mins walk from the castle and city centre
1) Cleaning service was so poor that they didn’t even change the bed sheets and towels.
2) Room AC doesn’t work at all - the remote can’t change the temperature or even turn it off and on.
3) The water tap was making bad noises for hot water
4) Didn’t provide any complimentary water whatsoever

Location and cleanliness, friendly staff
Not much of a view, constant drowning noise from outside, and no kettle in rooms, having to go down stairs 6 levels for a bru.

The staff was really friendly and helpful I was checked in and checked out fast the breakfast was really nice
The hotel room was dirty where we stay it was not clean properly we did not get provided with a iron ironing board kettle cups and tea bag and milk packets and sugar packets the bathroom was also dirty

Disappointing
The staff were friendly and offered help when I needed it while I’m limited with my crutch after recent surgery. The disabled shower was good. Handy being close to train station, tram stops.
The disability bedroom was tiny and the windows have a terrible draft letting the temperature in the room drop significantly. The bathroom was really cold. The toilet seat was far too low and the handles to help you up were not placed in the right position so I struggled.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. If you wanted a coffee you had to go all the way down to reception to get a free coffee. Very strange policy.
