Rooms were clean. Staff very nice.
Parking was full and the car park is too small. Was hard to find nearby parking.
Rooms are tiny and we paid £200 a night. Carpets dirty in the corridors.

Location I liked very much , it was well located to all attractions and amenities but not right on top of everything. The staff are superb and very helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent a bit overpriced but everything is overpriced now.
The shower in our room wasn’t very good , I fixed one of the blinds so it shut ,but these were just incidental things and I only stayed 2 nights so it didn’t concern me much.

The staff were very helpful. Was in a good location from the airport and the tram and train stations were outside the door
The tram to the city was not running correctly due to the one of the roads being closed if this was not the case you would have direct and easier access to the city.
The carpets on the hall ways were badly stained and didn’t look great.

Well-situated near Haymarket Station. Close to trains, buses and the tram. Complimentary water, tea and biscuits at the front desk. Clean room, comfy bed, and wonderful bathroom.
