Affordable. Comfortable, easy access to the town Centre via public transportation.
Rooms are smaller , hope there were drinking water bottles in the rooms. Amenities can be improved

I love how comfortable the bed was as well as the temperature in my room was perfect.
I enjoyed the breakfast,
I love how helpful the staff was.
I wish tmy room had a window.
I also wish there was an iron in my room so I could iron a few of my clothes.I know that coffee and tea is available in the reception area but I honestly would’ve preferred a kettle in my room because I enjoy drinking a few cups of tea. The thought of having to go downstairs to get coffee/tea was not good.

our first room had a disabled bathroom which felt cold and like staying in a hospital, but after speaking to reception they said the other rooms were smaller but willing to show us, we decided on the smaller room but to be honest it was fine after all on a long weekend all your going to do is sleep there everything was perfect for what we wanted tram, trains and buses right outside and easy to use, just remember if you use the tram to tap on and off
The only thing i can honestly say about our trip was the breakfast which was served in the pub adjacent to hotel with connecting door which was perfect, food was hot and when needed topping up the staff was there to refill the only thing and i know its petty but they run out of bread on our last day at 9,20 considering breakfast ends at 10, plus there was a local mini supermarket very close, surely couldnt they nipped across the road for more , but small as it seems that was the only thing , but scrambled egg is better on toast

Easy check in, nice staff, great restaurant attached, really good location close to the train station, an easy walk into the city centre or a 5 minute tram ride.
The room, bed, bathroom were tiny. Facilities lacked a little, no fridge.

Foyer and staff were really lovely. Really good location.
Lifts, carpet, smell of hallways wasn't good. Cleanliness of bathroom in the room was terrible. Hair from previous guests left all over the shower. Not what I expected for the price.

Fantastic location for concert at Murryfeild Stadium. Staff super friendly and helpful.
The price for one night was rather steep for the rating of the hotel but that's to be expected when concerts are on I guess.

The room was clean, the staff were nice, the complimentary coffee was good, the reception are was cool and the location of the hotel was really good. walking distance to city center and haymarket tram station.
wven though the room was clean there was a bad odour coming from the shower drain. like ... really bad.
