The crew was very nice. Young... but helpfull. They didn't seem to be very intrested in us or our stay when we checked out though... we could have given them some feedback. Anyway, that, the breakfast and the location were the best things.
Our room was not clean at all. From the first day until the last day. Hairs on our bed and in the bathroom that were not ours, no brush to clean the toilet, dirty mirrors. That was our room. The hotel it self was also not clean, the mocket in the hallway should be removed and replaced by somthing more hygenic, it smelled really bad and we hated walking over it. And on the last day of our stay the fire alarm went of, it was a false alarm, but at 08:00 in the morning i aspect a bit more than just a "my bad, false alarm". We won’t come back. I hope the garner sees this and make a difference because the location is great!

Location was good
I booked it for my 65th birthday. To celebrate the night before we leave for Iceland. I was so disappointed with the room. There was a stain of blood in the duvet when I opened it and pc of hair in the bed. I called the staff and we had taken photo of it. Eventually we were moved to another room. My partner keep on sneezing maybe due to the dust and room was not properly cleaned. I asked for a lighter to light my birthday cake candle but the lady at the reception said it’s not allowed due to fire alarm. But in the end she said she could lend us the lighter but needs to do it downstairs. It was too late the cake has been already opened and eaten. We also tried to ask from platform 5 where the reception told us to ask but the man from the bar was not accomodating and sounds rude. My Birthday night was upsetting and disappointing

Location is perfect. Tram and bus right outside the property. Few stops away from all the major attractions.
Rooms are really small. It states that rooms are cleaned every 3 days. We spent 4 nights there and consistently put the ‘clean our room’ on the door handle but never happened.

So convenient. Directly opposite station and tram stop. Staff were lovely. They don't have their own restaurant but you can use the Platform 5 adjacent and can use a room card to access. Breakfast here was lovely. Buffet style but lovely.

The room was described as a 'cozy room' but it was exact the opposite - very cold. Heating via the A/C unit did not work well enough to heat the room so it was a very chilly night. No proper welcome and when I left I was not asked how my stay was. (those are the basics when working in a hotel and training staff) Distance door closing sound all night from somewhere below the 7th floor. Kept me awake. A/C heating unit creaked all night keeping me awake. It also failed to heat the room. Dust everywhere in the room and bathroom. Coffee at breakfast was terrible. The lift/elevator had a mind of its own and me and other guests were frustrated as getting to the ground floor involved going up and down numerous times before eventually reaching the desired floor. Only one of the two lifts was working.
