The staff was really friendly and helpful I was checked in and checked out fast the breakfast was really nice
The hotel room was dirty where we stay it was not clean properly we did not get provided with a iron ironing board kettle cups and tea bag and milk packets and sugar packets the bathroom was also dirty

Hotel was very conveniently locate in front of the Haymarket Station, easily accessible. Bed was big, nice and comfy and the bathroom was clean.
That the reception desk was at a mezzanine level so you had to carry luggage a few flights of stairs before checking-in.

It’s in a well location.
The room are tiny, definitely ok for one person not two. It was so tight, I’m 5’4 and I felt big there. The bathroom is tiny. I would pay extra to stay in a bigger place.

Good location for Haymarket and Waverley stations and a short-ish walk into town (20 minutes or so). Staff were accommodating and even asked what type of room we would like (back of building, higher up). Bed was comfortable and there was a large television in the room (access to Netflix, Prime, etc).
The room is small but perfectly functional for short stays. If you have a large suitcase, you may struggle to open it on the floor. I would also prefer a kettle in the room, but I appreciate the effort made to provide a drinks station in reception.

the location of the hotel was ideal. closest bus, tram and train stop. it is literally across the Haymarket station.
the room was quite small. just for perspective, there was no room to keep luggage. if i had a travel partner, there would have no room for movement

great location, clean hotel. The bed was comfy too, but a bit too short, to fit in the room that is a bit too narrow :) But such is the real estate situation in the UK, apparently. Otherwise, all fine. Nice breakfast too.

The location is really good. Probably one of the best places if you plan also to use the train or buses to go outside the city. For me even the city center is in a walk distance. The staff was very kind and helpful. Nice view from the window.
Room had almost nothing (only bed, shower, toilet, TV). No electric kettle and it was hard to even fill cold tap water into a bottle. The rooms are a little noisy (I could hear the washing machine running when going asleep).
