This hotel stay was a treat loved location ,cheery staff & helpfulness of staff ! and free coffee tea in lounge area
Didn't really enjoy brekfast .we were down with 30 mins time to go and we got no fruit or yogurt, & so missed not getting marmalade for my toast .maybe an idea to just top up a wee bit at 9.30 . Not a big problem but ,was looking frwrd to these things .

The location was the only thing really good about this. Staff was nice, but when enquiring about parking they didn't mention that there was availability behind the hotel although not part of the hotel.
The price to value was not good. Would have expected much more for this price range.

So close the team and the Royal mile.
No breakfast and our AC didn’t work well. We opened the window but it was so loud because of the tram across the street as well as several bars. We were awakened by a shouting match in the street.

Wonderful
Fantastic location with tram stops outside the hotel and Haymatket train station across the road.
Room and bed small but not a problem we were only in the room to sleep!
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The soap and shampoo bottles were empty which was irritating as I hadn't brought any with me ☹️
Room electrics tripped a fuse and we had to change rooms late in evening

Location across for Haymarket Train station, the tram, and major bus routes is exceptional.
The rooms are not clean, the hallway carpets are dirty. There is no coffee and/ or tea in the rooms. Rooms are small.
