Friendly staff and nice room layout.
Walls in rooms are thin, so noise reduction not great, especially if located near a door.
No kettle on coffee making facilities in room, instead you have to trail down to reception where drinks are complimentary but have to be requested.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and getting here from the airport was very convenient — the bus stopped right at the hotel’s east entrance. The location couldn’t be better, with the castle just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was perfect. I’m absolutely delighted with my stay and sincerely recommend this hotel.

Convenient for bus route from and return to the airport. Bus stops right outside. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice walk to city centre. Bus to city centre and the tram passes right outside also but noise is minimal.

Location was good quiet area of town. Room was okay kept to a clean standard.
Hotel staff were welcoming.
The room had a foul smell come through the air vent in the toilet was very unpleasant. The breakfast service in the morning was absolutely shocking. Under staffed and very little allowance for food. Staff were ignorant when asked about things that had run out (cups, bread etc). Overall very disappointed with the breakfast service. The cost of the hotel, for being outside the city centre was not good definitely not value for money.

It was a great location and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The main reception area was lovely and relaxed and also, there was a Greene King pub next door which was spacious and very reasonable for drinks. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that but it was great for 2 nights.
The room was very small and was perfect for 2 nights but for more than a weekend it would be too small. The shower was lovely and great tv selection with access to Netflix if you have your own login. Everything else was great!!
