The hotel was excellently situated as it was just across the road from the railway station.The hotel was very clean,staff pleasant and a nice room where we stayed,the only downside was it was a little bit small but it did the job as we were only staying the one night.
As mentioned the room was on the small side,it had a hairdryer but no wardrobe but as ive mentioned that doesnt matter if only staying the one night.

Location
Extra small room, window didn't close properly which after requesting to be fixed they did but in that same day they didn't clean the room so we had to move to a different one that had the same problem with the window.
The breakfast isn't great and the dishes were often dirty

great location, clean hotel. The bed was comfy too, but a bit too short, to fit in the room that is a bit too narrow :) But such is the real estate situation in the UK, apparently. Otherwise, all fine. Nice breakfast too.

The property was well themed and comfortable! The bed and pillows were fantastic!
The reception desk staff often didn’t know what to do when approached with questions and our room was never cleaned.
