Location is excelent, in front of a 100Airlink bus stop, Tram station AND the Haymarket station with a market inside (my food was bought there during my stay haha)

The bed was super comfortable, the location was very good
I wanted a King Size bed and they gave us 2 individual mattresses put together, my husband and I kept getting getting our legs and arms in between the mattresses. The room was way overpriced for what it was, and it was super small the mattresses barely fit, we had to go over the mattresses to get from one side of the room to the other. For more than 350 USD a night not reasonable at all. Also because we did see other rooms open when they were cleaning them and they looked way bigger than ours. Also there wad no safe, super important to have a safe (IHG Hotel ???). The Bathroom was not very clean. The staff was excellent and attentive.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is fantastic and especially convenient for those traveling without a car, with great nearby train, tram, and bus connections. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and I loved the nice view of Edinburgh from my window. Despite the large number of rooms, it was remarkably quiet in the room, which was a huge plus. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7 was another lovely touch.
However, the room was very compact. What felt particularly inconvenient for a longer 7-night stay was the lack of basic in-room amenities like a kettle and a mini-fridge, even with drinks available downstairs.
Overall, a great base for exploring the city!

The location that is just opposite to Haymarket train station. Nice lobby and unlimited complimentary coffee.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The room is small and has no windows. Breakfast is a bit pricey.

Great location,conveniently located for what we wanted,great view out of our window.
Only negative was the carpet in hall ways leading to rooms let it down a bit with it being of light colour spillages show up.

The hotel’s location was very good, which is definitely one of its main advantages. The room was okay, but nothing special. We did not have breakfast, so we cannot comment on it.
Overall, the hotel is decent for a short stay, mainly because of its good location.
The bed was a bit smaller than expected, and the shower was not very clean and could have been better maintained.
The elevator also frequently didn’t work, which was inconvenient.
