Location is superb, the hotel looks quite fresh. Check in easy and quick, young staff.
Two elevators but one broken and it was a very long time to get down-/up-stairs.

Location and view, easy access to all the good parts of Edinburgh
Room was very small, not comparible to the actual pictures
the breakfast was quite small, only things you normally would put for a full english breakfast
Only one elevator worked, we stayed on the 7th floor, so after a day of walking it was quite annoying to go up to our room

Location of the hotel was perfect - walking distance to all the coolest places in Edinburgh, close to airport.
I was aware that the room had no windows when I was booking it. At first entrance, I had no issues with the room. However it was unbearably hot, as the aircon did not work. When this was brought to the attention of the hotel via Booking.com's messaging service, I got no response. In addition, it is extremely expensive for what it is, tiniest room with no windows and broken aircon, and we had to pay roughly £400 for two nights stay. The day before my stay, I told them that my friend who I will be sharing the room with would do the check-in, and they had no problems with that at all, which was nice, however according to my friend, they did not ask her any security questions whatsoever, and I was not asked to provide any details of the guest, which felt like a security risk.

Affordable. Comfortable, easy access to the town Centre via public transportation.
Rooms are smaller , hope there were drinking water bottles in the rooms. Amenities can be improved

I love how comfortable the bed was as well as the temperature in my room was perfect.
I enjoyed the breakfast,
I love how helpful the staff was.
I wish tmy room had a window.
I also wish there was an iron in my room so I could iron a few of my clothes.I know that coffee and tea is available in the reception area but I honestly would’ve preferred a kettle in my room because I enjoy drinking a few cups of tea. The thought of having to go downstairs to get coffee/tea was not good.
