Staff were amazing. They go above and beyond with a smile. Concierge guy also. They truly understand customer care.
If house keeping can be checked, every now and then sometines they dont clean your room. On two occasions I found my bed done yes but towels that I left in the bathroom floor not removed. The bathroom was not done at all as u can see the basin uncleaned.
If Garner can atleast put mini fridge in each room, cups. Kettle, coffee so we can have inservice that will be an excellent hotel with value for money. The space also is so tight. One cant move at all especially bathroom But soo far soo good.

The room was cramped, Only just enough room for a bed. No chairs in the room, no tea or coffee making facilites.

Location to the station and where I needed to be.
Black out blind was fitted to the window so worked completely.
Tiny room. No kettle or other facilities to make a drink in the room. The hot water at reception was only just hot enough to make tea.
I had to get staff up to clean the shower area in my room when I arrived as there were hairs, gave me the ick for the room.
No worktop, desktop or similar area so had to sit in the bed to work.

Location is great just at the Haymarket station, buses and tram.
25 minutes walk to the Edinburgh Castle

Bright cheerful reception, easy access to lifts, clean
I personally like a kettle in the room. However, complimentary drinks are available from reception which was very good, just not easy negotiating the doors and lift if you had two cups. The twin room was a good size but perhaps not spacious enough for tea making facilities. It wouldn’t stop me booking again though, I definitely would stay again.

A lovely hotel in a really convenient location , (across the road from Haymarket tram stop .) The reception staff were extremely nice friendly and helpful. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room was so pleasant in the warm Edinburgh weather . We also got a lovely cooked breakfast from the buffet counter in the attached platform 5 restaurant and the staff here were equally pleasant. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay
The twin room bedroom was compact but absolutely fine for a short duration stay

The Tea, coffee and water available at Reception is welcome and appreciated. Space to work in the reception area useful.
The space for the breakfast buffet is completely inadequate for the size of the hotel and number of rooms and guests. Seating is acceptable, but it was cluttered and disorganised to reach the food.

Location...finishing...style of hotel..free coffee/ tea swift check in
The room was tiny and very difficult to move around even for 1 person. We were 2 and almost fell off the bed a few times in 3 days. Elevators were too slow and needed to press the buttons of each separately; thus wasting everyone's time and it stopped a lot with over half the time without anyone going down. Not energy or time sufficient. I suggested this to the reception they take it seriously. The carpets were extremely dirty. A C during july was weak for such a standard/ price paid.
