I had missed my last train home.
As a female I was nervous checking in alone.
No need atall.
The girl on reception was beyond welcoming, even took me to my room!
Didn't stay for breakfast or anything, but the reception staff spoke on my way out.

Really clean and comfortable rooms. The room and facilities were very clean.
The toilet and shower room was a bit small, however they were fit for purpose.

The staff were so good, especially Dawn who was so helpful, helped with check in and advice on services available. Really supportive and helpful.
Bed was bit to firm for me, but room was clean and comfortable. The landing carpets badly needed cleaning.
