Great location, close to Haymarket train station , shops and 10 minutes away from downtown.
The room was very small. Not recommended for a long stay.

The location is great, and the luggage drop-off is good.
I had a room without window and no noise from outside, but from the door you can heat people passing.

The staff were always very available and nice. And the room was extremely cozy, great bed, great wc and great tv.
The room could be a bit cleaner. Specifically the floor.

The crew was very nice. Young... but helpfull.
They didn't seem to be very intrested in us or our stay when we checked out though... we could have given them some feedback.
Anyway, that, the breakfast and the location were the best things.
Our room was not clean at all. From the first day until the last day. Hairs on our bed and in the bathroom that were not ours, no brush to clean the toilet, dirty mirrors. That was our room.
The hotel it self was also not clean, the mocket in the hallway should be removed and replaced by somthing more hygenic, it smelled really bad and we hated walking over it.
And on the last day of our stay the fire alarm went of, it was a false alarm, but at 08:00 in the morning i aspect a bit more than just a "my bad, false alarm".
We won’t come back. I hope the garner sees this and make a difference because the location is great!

The location is amazing, close to the city center and in a lovely neighbourhood. Great restaurants and activities nearby
The shower did not drain very well.
