That was my fault, the room didn’t have windows, but the air conditioning didn’t work either (it’s a hotel, where there are 5 rooms without windows on each floor, that is horrible).

So close the team and the Royal mile.
No breakfast and our AC didn’t work well. We opened the window but it was so loud because of the tram across the street as well as several bars. We were awakened by a shouting match in the street.

Location across for Haymarket Train station, the tram, and major bus routes is exceptional.
The rooms are not clean, the hallway carpets are dirty. There is no coffee and/ or tea in the rooms. Rooms are small.

The hotel was clean and the room was clean too. Receptionists were professional and very kind.
Hotel is situated near the city center and very easy to access to from the airport (the bus stop is right in front of the hotel).
The room was really small and didn't have much place to put your bags and stuff. You have to be imaginative to put the sheets somewhere or your clothes.
Also, the electrical panel was doing constant noise

Location
Room was very small. Bed was up against a pillar and at the end of the bed there was a gap of about 8 inches to shuffle past to actually get into that side of the bed.
Also breakfast was lukewarm and was served in a very small area

The hotel room was dirty where we stay it was not clean properly we did not get provided with a iron ironing board kettle cups and tea bag and milk packets and sugar packets the bathroom was also dirty

Hotel was very conveniently locate in front of the Haymarket Station, easily accessible. Bed was big, nice and comfy and the bathroom was clean.
That the reception desk was at a mezzanine level so you had to carry luggage a few flights of stairs before checking-in.

The room are tiny, definitely ok for one person not two. It was so tight, I’m 5’4 and I felt big there. The bathroom is tiny. I would pay extra to stay in a bigger place.

Good location for Haymarket and Waverley stations and a short-ish walk into town (20 minutes or so). Staff were accommodating and even asked what type of room we would like (back of building, higher up). Bed was comfortable and there was a large television in the room (access to Netflix, Prime, etc).
The room is small but perfectly functional for short stays. If you have a large suitcase, you may struggle to open it on the floor. I would also prefer a kettle in the room, but I appreciate the effort made to provide a drinks station in reception.
