Wonderful
Shower was decent size with toiletries. Staff were really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, my friend had posted birthday decorations prior to our stay and they had the place decorated for us on arrival.
No seat or table in bedroom. Literally the only downside to the room.

The location was great. The view was interesting a mixture of Victorian and Georgian architecture. In the hub of the city. There was good access to different forms of transport. location was great.

Staff were nice and shower was decent
Room was tiny, no window (but a curtain that covers an empty wall?), charging ports charged devices extremely slowly, breakfast buffet was the worst food I've ever tasted, both lifts were broken during my stay, (I was on the sixth floor) and my keys cards stopped working.

Location to station . Central for trains/trams/buses. Bed was comfy. Staff behind reception were friendly enough.
This is a budget hotel without the budget price! Carpets on the way upto the rooms stained. A cleaning trolly was in the landing next to empty cups and dirty drinks glasses from morning to night. In the room, bathroom was not particularly clean. When we were sat in the lobby, the cleaner was there on the morning at one of the busiest times of day trying to hoover and mop the floor, just getting in people's way. The breakfast next door, It was absolutely chaotic, the breakfast is in the sports bar, as we walked in almost every table had dirty plates, cups, cutlery on. It is dirty and the staff were all over the place. There was no fruit left, just some oranges and couple of apples. No cutlery, bowls, plates available when we arrived. We had to wait for the cooked breakfast to keep being replenished as they kept running out. Overall really disappointed, considering the price, definitely not worth it.

Travelled solo. Location was perfect. Station for bus to/ from airport Airlink and to/ from Galway is right in front of the hotel. Walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, highly rated cafes. Hotel facilities are great too.

Wonderful
We chose the hotel because it is right across the train station and the tram. And it was a wise choice, we went downtown and to the airport very easily. There are also stores in the area for coffee and snacks. The room was excellent, our booking was for a windowless room but we were lucky to have a room with a window! It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful.

The Location,friendly staff and the free coffee.
Our A/C controller didnt work, even after mentioning it twice, the technician never came. The room was never cleaned properly, floor and bathroom dirty, the cleaner only changed the bin. After mentioning it, nothing changed. We stayed 5 nights there and both lifts were not working most of the time, and had to take the stairs up and down the 5th floor.
