Quality towels and linen, comfortable beds. Great location near the tram or only about 20 min walk to the town centre. Staff were very nice. Plenty places to eat as well as a pharmacy close by.
The only thing I would say is a better light blocking window covering, curtain or blind would help. Not used to sunlight late into the night made it hard to sleep. So bring an eye mask.

Wonderful
The staff was wonderful - quickly booked an XL taxi on our behalf for the next day. They also suggested a different room to limit the number of steps, which was appreciated since my husband has issues walking. The room was gorgeous - beds were comfortable, and it felt more luxurious than I had anticipated.
I wish I had known ahead of time that the hotel is a series of historic townhomes, which are gorgeous but all require stairs.

The location was convenient, not noisy. Family room was spacious enough for us 3. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The family room we got was right under a breakfast place, so movement of chairs there from 7am was heard.

Overall, the room size, the location, the staff and the breakfast were all good.
The hot water in the shower didn't work. Staff was very helpful, and tried to fix it, but it just didn't work!!

Good location not far away from the center, nice employees.
The room didn’t feel as cosy and comfortable as expected, and it was located below ground level, which came as a surprise compared to our expectations watching the hotel pictures. Nothing dramatic, but it was a slight disappointment upon arrival.

When we first arrived, we were given keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, so we had to return to reception. We were then allocated another room.

The building was said to be 175 years old. So lot of old charm was retained. That means no elevator. So if you have big bags all the best. But the person who checked us in was nice enough to give us hand. Unfortunately couldn’t catch his name. But the pleasant experience with front desk ended there:(
The dining staff was polite.
The front desk staff specifically the ladies are stuck up, rude and arrogant.Not at all friendly specially if you are brown skinned. They were very nice to others but us.
That is something you don’t want to project when people visit your country. Never staying in this hotel again. Glad my stay was only 2 nights.

The location was excellent, right beside the tram stop. The room was very nice, and everything in the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
The room was very stuffy. Even though the outside temperature was not warm, there is no fan or any vent or moving air in the room, so it was pretty stuffy at night while trying to sleep. The window would not open. Also, the exterior of the hotel had trash lying around in front of the first building, and did not present a very nice welcome.
