staff is really nice. they let us check-in a little bit early sinve there was a room ready. the stay was quite good. tram/bus stop is just around the corner. if you would like to walk everywhere like us did, it might be a little distant to some places. The room was big enough for 3 people.

The staff were friendly, happy and very informative. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the tram stop so location was good.
Just wish the beds were a little more luxurious.

- It was close to tram station and a 20/30min walk to Old Town
- Staff was super nice and helpful
- The room was clean and well maintained, cute decor
- It was incredibly loud. Thin walls, I could hear every whisper and every footstep and creak from the hallway and at night, other guests were incredibly loud and disrespectful which had me sleep deprived for multiple hours that I could not get much sleep at all.
- Mattress wasn‘t as comfortable but for a 2 night stay it was bearable

Only thing that wasn't great was the cleaning team seem to be having a great time at work, which im not against. But shouting, banging and laughing in a building where you can hear everything at 7.30/8am isnt ideal

- Room: we stayed in a triple occupancy room, with 3 separate beds. Very nicely designed and maintained. It's a shame that we couldn't spend more time in the room (we were sightseeing most of the time - leaving early, returning late)
- Location: walking distance from Haymarket station, also very good bus connectivity from the nearby Magdala Crescent station (esp. bus number 26). Nearby Tesco store - we found all our provisions from there, well stocked up and reasonably priced.
- Staff: helpful, allowed early luggage drop, were kind enough to move the luggages to our room as we were late.

1) The hotel has a very good location (very easy access to the airport and the Old Town in a nice neighborhood).
2) Large, spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms.
3) Good price for accommodation in Edinburgh, which is generally very expensive.
4) Polite and helpful staff, with reception available almost all the time and daily housekeeping.
5) We had hot water in the shower every day.
1) There was no elevator, which to be honest was not a problem.
2) You couldn’t control the room temperature yourself. We would have liked the room to be a bit warmer.
