Good option, beds were cosy, rooms were new and clean, staff was welcoming,
Breakfast was extremely chaotic and the quality of things was very cheap, worse breakfast I've had in a hotel in a while (but I admittedly usually go to 5 star hotels), common areas could do with a bit more personality in the design and in terms of referncing Edinburg, it's not super near the centre, but the area is not all that bad.

The location was great, as we could walk everywhere. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
It is a bit pricey and the breakfast was a bit of a let down.

The breakfast and the bathroom facilities were both fantastic.
The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were hard to sleep on. The hall light also would shine under the room door which would then make it harder to sleep.

NOTHING!
Worst hotel I have ever stayed and I stayed in a lots of. Small are extremely small, they have around 10 sqm not 20 sqm as they say. Also the breakfast îs horrible, no taste at all, few option and they make the breakfast from the lowest and cheapest ingredients ever. In general I don’t have problems with the food, I find something good to eat but here everything was horror, I cannot understand good reviews about breakfast. From hundreds of hotels this is first low review I put because all this feels like an scam of hotel trying to rip you of every second. I told the staff but they said nothing can be done. Very disappointed
