Clean rooms and comfortable beds
No facecloths available, staff was not very helpful especially with the parking reservation team communication with us when we arrived at the hotel the reception said something else about the parking price etc

Location was spot on, close to everything you needed.
Staff and breakfast was lovely. I would definitely stay again .
The room was very small for a family. We all felt abit squashed together and also there was no mini fridge which would have been helpful as we were there for 3 nights.

Breakfast was delicious but I was dismayed on the second day when I had a friend who visited me during breakfast time and he couldn’t join me for breakfast even though I wanted to pay for him. This is not good at all as the hotel looses money if a payment is rejected for breakfast and also a bad service to me because I had to forfeit my own breakfast as I couldn’t eat alone when I had a friend around to say hello to me. I was very unhappy and the staff kept saying breakfast was a complementary service! This should be looked into an amended to provide better service and to consider your customers in similar situations. I will not use this hotel again for this reason. Other hotels will just take breakfast fee for the visitor and you can also have your breakfast in the comfort of the hotel.

Quiet hotel room...very clean..secure car park at rear..first come first served..bus stop outside to take you into the centre of Edinburgh within five minutes.
Could not complain about anything.

The bathroom is quite spacious. The room is a bit small, but it will do.
You can hear every rustle in the hallways and neighboring rooms. It's impossible to sleep because you can hear the water from all the showers, especially at night.

Breakfast was a bun fight, not enough of anything, overcooked bacon, under cooked sausages no pastries and overworked staff.
A bit like Magaluf in the 80s, people wrapping food up to take away.
