Minor niggle - listing says "Private parking at the hotel", not quite true - they can offer parking at the nearby Quay2 offices, in the public section of the underground car park. It's not free, but it's discounted compared to the public rate.

Breakfast was great considering it was included in the rate. Rooms were pretty close to the lift but were surprisingly quiet. Nice bathroom, very clean.

No welcome on arrival, check in was very cold and unwelcoming, needed help with parking and staff acted annoyed when we enquired, mind you first time in this city let alone hotel and the first thing we experience is several grumpy hotel employees who seem irritated by their job. Coming from a tourism background ourselves this was a very poor experience and a lot of imnprovement is needed with the staff attitude towards guests. Breakfast was so bad, stale oily food first thing in the morning, surrounded by staff standing around chatting but the food and service is so poor.

Not so far from the down town, 15 min on foot. Clean room and friendly staff willing to help for touristic information.
