The staff were lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were so nice and the bed was so so so comfortable! As my partner quoted “one of the most comfy beds ever.” We really appreciated the effort they made for our anniversary with some lovely prosecco and chocolates waiting for us in the room with a card. Thanks so much for making this trip special for us! We can’t fault the hotel at all. Parking was easy enough and loads of spaces with a discounted rate.

The room was very quiet and clean and the breakfast was really good
The shower was terrible, no water pressure and lukewarm temperature. The staff seemed like it was their first day working in customer service, not very personable or approachable.

The room was spacious (it was an accessible room) and comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast (not vegan) including making your own waffles.
Vegan options were limited and it wasn't very clear what was vegan and what wasn't, not all the staff had the correct information as one informed us that the porridge was vegan when it contained milk.
