Clean and spacious rooms, excellent noise cancellation and efficient air conditioning.
Great, comfy bed (about 150-160 wide) and nice faceing away from the high street.

Somewhat funnily designed bathroom making it ergonomically challenging not to splash water on the floor while showering. Bathroom could also use better storage solutions, eg. higher bathtowel hook placement so towels don't touch the floor when you hang them up.
A key reason for choosing the Hampton were the great reviews of the breakfast, especially the plant-based options. Sad to say our experience weren't the best in this area. Our options turned out to be quite limited and the staff even referred us to a cafe outside the hotel in case we weren't happy. Since we had paid for having breakfast (booking.com also offered options with no breakfast), this was a particularly off-putting and didn't.feel very custumer service oriented.

The staff is efficient.
Breakfast is poor. Boiled eggs have no taste. The underground parking area has no lift. The hotel room is highly expensive compared with other hotels in our trip.
