Good location and staff - hostel well equipped and felt safe as a woman travelling alone.
Loud noise of dorm door closing every time someone went in or out during the night. Unused locker next to the bunk bed I was sleeping in wouldn't stay closed and kept on swinging open into the limited floorspace.

I really like the location of place as it’s almost on high street and hardly 5mints walk from train station and the staff were really helpful then my expectations the lady on reception even suggested me few places to visit.

It's up 4 flights of narrow stairs with no elevator which isn't advertised well so I wish that was clearer in the description.

Excellent location, great layout, lovely compact kitchen. Very helpful staff
On top floor , so.up many many stairs, but this was clarified and absolutely no issue to me, just be aware if you have mobility issues.

Nice location, there is everything needed in the hostel, you can leave your bags on the days of arrival and departure. Nice staff.
Beds are a bit hard, doors are really noisy. Towels are for rent

The location was great along with the beds and the storage!
Some sort of water fountain in the foyer would have been great - just as the kitchen was closed at night and I found myself unable to fill up my water bottle

The friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the facilities. The convenience of the location and being a few minutes from all the tourist attractions. Exceptional value and not overpriced.
The lack of elevators. It would have really helped, considering some travellers have heavy luggage.
