Cute Funky hotel just like Rick Steves indicated. Hotel room was regular European size with 2 twin beds. Great location for walking to Castle and wonderful restaurants. Over the Pub which we knew. Fun Pub with live music and good food.
A few of the staff could have been less rude. It is very noisy with the yelling and singing way into the night from the pub. woke us up a couple times. They do provide ear plugs if you want them.

The location was AMAZING! Right in the heart of everything! The team were so friendly and accomodating, we even had a bottle of Prosecco and a branded tote bag left as gifts for our arrival. The room was warm and cosy and overlooked the square outside where there were buskers and loads of great places to eat and drink. Would absolutely stay again.

Pleasant
no lift to the 5th floor, unable to get room on any floor lift went to. I had booked in plenty of time so that should not have occurred. My travel partner had had neck surgery and could not lift/carry suitcase up flight of stairs, luckily the young receptionist helped out!
Window open and stuck, had to get staff up to close it. Had to ask for a portable heater.

I love the location it was very convenient for attractions and getting to and from the train station, ease of getting an uber was great also.. love that you had a lift to get to our room
The noise outside of construction/ or garbage men so early in the morning.. I think continental breakfast should be included in our stay or reduced if you don’t eat much
