Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel was modern and clean. Prices wernt too expensive. Bar was same price as pubs around Edinburgh so great experience.
Couldn't recommend this hotel any more. Just fantastic in every way.

Staff all excellent, friendly and helpful, especially the Australian lady greeting us each morning for breakfast, showing interest in what we were up to each day and following up on our activity each morning, a credit to the hotel.
Beds were extremely soft, not much support, lot of noise outside each night going on until 4-4.30pm, appreciate this is out of hotels control

We originally booked in the traditional one in the old town. When your renovations there ran over you reached out to offer our money back or get an upgrade - the upgrade felt like a budget hotel and we left feeling ripped off.
We felt ripped off - the night cost the same as our night in Russacks and the two hotels could not be further apart in terms of luxury experience.

Location and room were excellent, was really busy because of the fringe but they coped
Breakfast Area and Service, room not large enough, overcrowded atmosphere, buffet too busy. The food on offer was very good, just not where you ate it

The price of the room and the package l thought was rather expensive, we originally booked the other Radisson hotel but because off building work being carried out we were offered the alternative Radisson Blu with an upgrade but not sure what if any the upgrade was as nothing was mentioned on arrival?

Amazing breakfast choice Room was huge and very clean Free bottle of Prosecco as it was our honeymoon
We had a breakfast bag the second morning as we had an early train - no spoon with the yogurt which wasnt the easiest to eat lol. The rest of the breakfast bag was great!
