The hotel was modern and very clean, from the entrance hall to the room I was in.staff were pleasant enough. Very central location.
I was given a room which was in the basement, right next to the laundry room and staff room was right next door. Throughout my stay I was aware of staff milling around outside my room and was wakened very early due to staff coming and going from the staff room. Also, there was a window, however this looked out to a wall about 3 ft away which meant there was no natural daylight getting in!
The bed wasn't comfortable at all and pillows were cheap and not comfy. Also no plug sockets next to the bed!

The property was exceptionally well kept and comfortable with everything you’d need for a short stay. the room had a fridge, full size ironing board and iron and toiletries and kettle etc. The staff were lovely and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Good central location and clean. We booked for work and our colleague were not allowed to come up for 10 minutes which left us feeling unhappy. That was the purposes of our booking. Discernment should be used in these situation. They said no guests after 10pm and it was just past.
Room was cold and bed could be bigger. Booked for the bath and the tub couldn’t hold water. Disappointing for a four star hotel. Mentioned to desk with no apology or discount offered.
