Good location, close enough to everything on foot, but not too close. Nice and comfortable room. Spotlessly clean.
Sound not properly insulated, I could hear other guests talking and laughing. The bed was not long enough for me (188cm).

Wonderful
Nice place to settle in. The room is cozy and clean, and it’s very quiet. A convenient place in the central city. Luggage storage service is really good.

Fine location
I asked for a quiet room. I was assured it would be dead quiet. But I got a stuffy cellar room with an airco unit right next to the window adjacent to a shaft. Upstairs there were building works going on.

Great location right next to the Princess street with tram. Close to all sights. Hotel has beatiful rooms and has every equipment necessary. Rooms were cleaned regularly.
Double-bed is a bit smaller, larger people might not feel comfortable.

The only great thing about this hotel is its location.
No way is this a 4 star experience. Staff at reception barely speak English, are impolite and unfriendly. The rooms are lacking key amenities like soaps and other bathroom items. It feels more like an airbnb than a hotel. At most a 3 star minimal bnb

Reception open 24/7 and great location, very close to Princess Street. The breakfast arrangement with Rabble across the street worked well, and we used it two times out of four.
The room we stayed in was not too sound-proof, the door to the hall didn't have a threshold, so some of the nights when our neighbors would get home late, I would wake up and hear them. However this didn't bother me every night, I think just one out of four nights.

Good location, very nice staff. Shower in room had good pressure.
Bed was small and hard, the room had a full carpet and room was dusty which led to allergies.
