Very Good
Location was very good, within a short walk to everywhere. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice in Rabble.
We stayed in a quadruple room 301 at the front of the hotel, we were woken every night with noise outside on the street from people heading home from the pubs but this did settle down at 3am.

Location is very cosy, in the heart of the city and also the airlink to the airport has a close stop.
They put me in a room downstairs without windows and close to the staff rooms, so a lot of noise. For the price I paid I expected better.

I was very impressed by the hotel, I was wary of making the booking due to some of the recent reviews. I was happy I did. We stayed as a family of four and used the family room. There was a double, single and a smaller camp bed and there was still plenty of space for the four of us. The room was clean and met our needs. There was tea/coffee facilities in the room and a water cooler on the same floor. We checked in with no issue the Receptionist Deborah was more than helpful and pleasant and we checked out with Receptionist Robert and again was very pleasant and helpful. We also used the luggage room. Yes, anyone can access it but you do have to get a key from the Receptionist and they do ask for name etc as well as giving you a little card that shows you left your luggage there. The locality was amazing and we would be very happy to book a stay again in the future,
We were very happy with our stay, the only downside would be there is no hotel bar/restaurant but we knew this before booking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the locality.

Great location as walking distance to Royal Mile. the hotel staff was very helpful in helping find a parking place for our car. he warned us about potential heavy fines if we do not pay at spots close to hotel. the room was clean and comfortable. the hot chocolate was awesome - the kids loved it plus the cookies. no breakfast within hotel but hotel told us we could get discount from eateries opposite the hotel. we went to rabbles - the food and place was so good that my kids insisted we go there again.
No parking within hotel. since we stayed over a few days, we had to drive 10 km to find a 'reasonable' rate fees. we left our car there and walked to all the places we wanted to see. the soap was not replenished in the bathroom.

The location was very good - close to Princes Street and George Street. The room was well equipped - tea/coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, heater all available. A great powerful shower although it was over the bath.
There was a lot of noise and disturbance in the street until 3am so we did not get a great sleep. We didn’t find the beds particularly comfortable. The breakfast is served in a restaurant/bar across the road. The full breakfast was not to our liking but that was our choice as there were other good options on the menu.

lovely staffs.. The room and the bathroom was SPOTLESS.. prepared lot of choice for customer (etc tea, coffee, chocolate)
only one lift in the hotel..
we wait for the lift nearly 15minutes and the lift keep going up to upstairs.. after we brought down our luggage from upstairs..
