The location and spacious room
The breakfast room was cold for two days but they fixed the problem later on. The hairdryer was not working properly. The duvet was stained I asked them to change it. I think that It was housekeeping’s fault because stained duvet shouldn’t be used in a hotel

Actually the reception staff were the best bit about this place… Location too of course. And no bar!
The bed! It was too hard! Obviously someone else has pointed this out, as there Is a topper on the mattress!

Great location - convenient to attractions as well as Edinburgh Waverley Station. Quiet, clean and comfortable - great bed. Shower to die for and the fluffiest towels! Good value continental breakfast. Friendly staff.
